Come enjoy this new and beautifully designed space in historic Uxbridge, MA. Set up like a tiny house, it is the most cozy and clean place you will visit. A ship’s ladder will take you to the queen loft bed or use a new PotteryBarn sleeper sofa. The Frame TV will act as a beautiful painting if you prefer to "unplug." Climate control and a hammock chair are a perfect combo! Located on a quiet street, it is an easy 25 min. drive to Providence or Worcester, and only 50 min. to downtown Boston.

Graceful country oasis in a renovated 125 year old historic home, 35 minutes driving time from downtown Boston. (Important-stair climbing required to reach bedroom suite.) I welcome quiet, mature guests as this is a very peaceful (non-party)environment. We are located on a scenic road in sophisticated Dover, Ma, a commuter/country setting, with miles of hiking trails and roads ideal for cycling. I have owned and loved this home for 35 years and take great joy in its charm and outdoor spaces.

The 1780 Suite

Join us for a step back in time at our unique bucolic property. Set on a scenic road, the post and beam farmhouse was built in 1780 and offers a haven of peace and tranquillity after a busy day of exploring New England. Guests have a private entrance and wind their way up the period staircase to the second-floor suite with two bedrooms, a sitting room, a breakfast nook, and a bathroom. Enjoy your morning coffee outside on the Adirondack chairs as you contemplate the charms of country living.

The Hideaway | Beach | Theater | Fireplace

The Hideaway is a modern luxury suite located right in the center of it all. You can stroll a 1/2 mile to the beach, cozy up to the fireplace, walk downtown, catch a show at the theater, or discover Boston, Salem (2 miles away), or other quaint seaside towns. Tucked around the corner from downtown Beverly, in a quiet and historic neighborhood. This suite is located in the lower level of our home, and you’ll have your own private entrance, queen bed, fireplace, desk, fridge, and full bathroom.

The Ginger Bed King Suite

Come for the lovely country setting, the winter beauty, amenities, neighborhood, convenience, privacy, spaciousness, and the comfortable bed. Close to many wonderful hiking/biking paths, rail trails, Wachusett ski area, Jewel Hill, Lake Wampanoag, Kirby area. WI-FI, TV ( Hulu and Netflix), refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea maker, reading lights, table area, continental breakfast, parking... Good for couples, solo and business travelers. Hadley Hay House | No Cleaning fees!

Rest easy in this picturesque, very spacious tranquil home ready for you for a relaxing stay. Minutes from umass, 10min to either Amherst or Noho. Not only will you have access to the hot tub and walk in the hay fields behind the house but we are directly across from the Connecticut River. Perfect spot for swimming or kayaking. Enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains/hay and corn fields from multiple rooms in the house. This space is above an all female wood working shop, happy to give tour!

Welcome to our bright, newly renovated suite in the historic Elihu Smith home, built in 1847. Centered on historic S. Main Street in Sunderland, we are minutes from UMass, Amherst, Hadley, Deerfield, and located on the local bus route connecting directly to UMass and Amherst. Ideal for stays of any length of time, for business or pleasure during any time of the year and walking distance to the Millstone market, as well the Bridgeside Café. Suite is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Rock Steady - Panoramic Ocean Front Home

Just north of Boston, our home is a mid century ranch we renovated in 2019. The Airbnb is a spacious ground floor living space surrounded by a private cove that is truly breathtaking. 1000 square feet of sunlit comfort. Enjoy the sound of the waves, stunning sunrises and a landscaped back patio that abuts our cliff. In the summer take advantage of the town beach down the street. During the winter relax in front the fireplace. Top it all off with hi-speed Wi-fi – it's a perfect getaway.

Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.
