Beautiful property. So close to the biking trails. Peaceful setting. Happy chirping birdies. Well cared for property with a bounty of flora to brighten your spirits.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Teresa and Peter’s place. Having a second bedroom for our 15 month old to sleep in worked out well. Teresa had kindly placed some breakfast items in the fridge for us and Denver the dog would constantly drop fresh avocados outside our door. The tree-lined driveway ushers you up a hill to the main house and detached apartment that has magnificent views over the countryside towards the Kaimai Ranges from the lounge and main bedroom . The large wooden deck is a great place to relax and take in the scenery after a long drive. Matamata has a good choice of restaurants just 5 mins away. I highly recommend this AirBnB. It is clean, modern, well appointed and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

It's very nice and quiet place surrounded by orchards. We were welcomed by the host and enjoyed our stay. Will stay here again when in the area

Rupert was a great host. Very helpful and let us check out late so I could shower and relax after race. Located in nice neighbourhood close drive to everything. Very quiet.

Stephen And Sue's place was perfect for my needs while attending a workshop just a few minutes away. Very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed including breakfast cereals and milk.

Wir waren hier für 3 Nächte, hätten es aber ruhig noch länger ausgehalten🤩 Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen und verfügt über alles, was man für eine entspannte Zeit im Grünen braucht. Als wir agekommen sind, waren bereits ein paar Bier und sogar Milch für uns kühlgestellt🫶 Leanne war super nett und immer für Fragen erreichbar. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen🤩

Exactly what we expected. The weather didn’t play the game but can’t blame the host for that! Host was very accommodating and allowed an early check in due to our circumstances. Would stay again, highly recommend.

This was a lovely, peaceful farm stay. The converted shipping containers make an excellent set up for singles or couples. It's quick to get into Te Aroha for cafes, hiking and the hot springs.

A dream place away from home, it felt like staying with family. Lovely cosy and with every possible treat and consideration for a guest. There were so many treasures that you find every time you open something. Our kitten also enjoyed the space and felt very included. Thank you for your kindness! We will return someday 💜

Simple, comfortable and aesthetically appealing. Fresh air, close to coffee and good food but secluded enough for that relaxing getaway in a rural setting.

We loved Maria’s home and were sad we couldn’t stay longer. We were a family of 7 and I was worried to all be in one large living area but it was wonderful and the kids loved it! Maria was so kind and always responsive. She prepped everything nicely for our arrival and had the baby bed all set up. She also had some fruit, muffins, and bread and little snacks for our family too that we thought was so thoughtful. We didn’t get to feed the alpacas unfortunately because we had an early tour at hobbitton, but Maria was so kind to offer it to our kids. Would highly recommend this place to all. Very clean and in a beautiful location.

We had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — incredibly kind, caring, amazing baker! and accommodating, especially when my partner unexpectedly got sick and had to leave early. Communication was super easy from start to finish. The location itself is absolutely stunning, peaceful, and totally private — perfect for a romantic getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back! this is a must stay in our books and recommend it to anyone wanting a break from life.

Great place situated very close to the Ocean in a fantastic area. The daily walks on the beach is very good for body and soul and the facilities are perfect. The area opens up so many options, that it can’t be described - just look it up and go for it.

We stayed in Cambridge as it was a central point for our family's NZ excursions. It was the perfect spot. Anita was friendly and helpful and answered all of my queries immediately.

Perfect, luxurious, well-appointed studio in what is obviously one of the most beautiful places on earth. Very private and feels secluded but is a quick drive to Cambridge which has great cafes and even better pastries. We stayed here as a base for travel to Hobbiton, Rotorua and Taupo (a two hour drive but worth it) and highly recommend the back roads - the scenery is amazing. The studio itself has everything you need, the amenities are modern and high end and the bedding is so comfortable. We struggled to leave the comfort every morning, especially with the rain. Highly recommend staying here.

We loved staying at Amber’s place. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for an evening barbecue. We enjoyed a drink out on the porch while watching the farm animals - truly relaxing! The bed is so comfy, I had the best sleep.

The Pool House was exactly as advertised, very clean, tidy and peaceful. It was ideal for our few days away commuting between children's sporting events in Cambridge and Hamilton. The Waikato expressway meant every venue was comfortably within 20 minutes' drive. The host was very proactive, great communication including doing a wonderful job for Tourism Waikato promoting local points of interest and options for our down time. Would very happily book again!
