Lovely short stay as we were visiting Hobbiton (few minute drive away). Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Gorgeous settings and a perfect homely feel. Get the best of both worlds private if needed and large enough to accommodate the family.

Amazing, breathtaking view. Best place for me and bridesmaids before went to my wedding at Don Rowland. The only downfall is that the dam was closed at the time, it would have been a 5 minute drive but had to go right around via motorway (20 min) but the house itself was well worth it! Had everything we needed and more!!! I would consider going again just for a normal weekend. The hosts were accommodating in every way, we had access to kayaks, best coffee machine, comfy couches and beds, clean showers, a nice bbq, beautiful flowers, awesome neighbours, parking for about 3 cars and extra blankets and towels. 10/10 from us!

We had the best stay at this property. Our kids loved it and wouldnt want to leave. Most Zen place , serene mornings and beautiful house ,had everything a family would need. I dont think anything was missing, and best part is, the hosts are really kind and respond promptly . Glad we stayed another night, worth it. We will surely come back.

Great house for 6 people to stay in with plenty of space. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Robyn was very accommodating with any requests and was extremely prompt with communication. A lovely quiet spot to stay within easy walking distance to town.

Steve and Viv were incredibly accommodating. We found the Airbnb luxuriously appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower pressure was strong. Great spot to stay when visiting Hobiton or Waitomo Caves.

Great place to stay, very quiet and private. excellent hosts who would do anything for you to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Will be coming back for sure.

We had such a wonderful time! This is truly a beautiful Airbnb in a stunning location. It had everything we could possibly need and Robyn made us feel right at home. Our son enjoyed all the toys, puzzles and wanted to go kayaking as soon as his eyes opened in the morning. We will be back!

We enjoyed a very peaceful few days at Willem's place. The space is comfortable with everything we needed, and Willem is a friendly and helpful host. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside with a cup of tea in the sunshine. It's easy to walk into town, and you're close to nice cafes and green spaces. A really lovely place to stay
