Ferienunterkünfte in Matanzas River

I've been waiting to do a review for Syd and Leslie's place. This place is wonderful and the hosts were/are very responsive and showed they cared for their home and the renters. They approved us to stay longer on check-out day because of a late flight and was very accommodating. Leslie texted me while we were on our way to the airport to thank us for taking such great care of everything and to have a safe trip. Shows me she really cares about people. We stayed there with 4 adults and 4 grandkids. The pool and pool area are great. The pictures do not do it justice. There were a BBQ/ games/pool toys/beach toys, etc. for our use. The house is in a beautiful location right on the canal and it is fully equipped for all your needs for the stay. Even during out stay I reached out to Leslie and she responded immediately. I cannot say enough good things about our stay other than we're planning to stay again next year and maybe for two weeks this time. Thank you, Syd and Leslie!!

This was a very nice, well designed and put together place to stay. It has a nice view of the waves on the beach and of the pool. It is very clean and well designed and organized. It was well stocked with everything we might have needed. It is a short walk to a restaurant with a bar. The beach is only a few steps away over the dune. The pool is a salt water pool, which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise! I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this house. I love that the house is set back from the road and private. Getting to the beach across the street took less than 1 minute, very convenient and it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Having restaurants nearby that we could walk to was a bonus. I will definitely stay there again!!

This Airbnb was an absolute dream! The location was perfect - I could walk to so many things, which made getting around a breeze. Parking was also completely stress-free. The cottage itself is tucked away in a quiet spot which felt like a peaceful retreat. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which was right outside the cottage and perfect for a relaxing refresh. The hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive, and hospitable. They made me feel right at home. Everything in the Airbnb was easy to use, and I especially appreciated having an in-unit washer and dryer. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry before heading home. I highly recommend staying here – it's a prime location with fantastic amenities and wonderful hosts!

We were very pleased with our stay at the condo. It was perfect for our weekend. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The complex was quiet and well maintained. The beach was a short walk and the walk to the very nice pool was even shorter. The hosts communicated well. Would definitely rent again.

The stay was wonderful, it was a beautiful place to rest and have peace and quiet. We loved everything it had to offer, plenty of items to cook with, grill and fire pit were a great bonus. They had pool supplys and tennis equipment.

Zak’s space was clean, comfortable and the perfect place to explore all of what St.Augustine had to offer. Less than a mile walk to town, and close to beaches with quick drive. Beds were very comfortable and we really felt right at home. Zak was responsive when we had questions. Thanks for a great stay!
