This home is warm and comfortable with an open concept, walkable neighborhood and located close to everything, without the Nashville congestion. Franklin is just down the road. This is a very quiet area. Total privacy and the ability to easily check in and out. Pool not connected in subdivision.

Welcome to Muletown Cottage in Columbia where you can escape the busyness and hurry of life. Located in Columbia, Tn. which was named "Top 10 Best Small Towns" by Southern Living. Located within walking distance of the Factory in Columbia and 5 minutes from the Historic Downtown Square. There's plenty to see and explore from kayaking and hiking to dining and shopping. We are 45 minutes from the Nashville airport, 30 minutes to downtown Franklin, and 10 minutes to Ridley Sports Park.

This charming house is within walking distance of downtown Columbia with it's historical public square, shops, restaurants and dining. Walking trails, parks, great views of the duck river and a splash pad for the kids is located just across from this home. Local farmers market every Tues, Thurs and Sat. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the views, and the location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
