Situated across from beautiful Chimborazo Park, this historic limestone home dates back to 1902. The entire sun flooded top floor features two bedrooms, an eat in kitchen, and a full bathroom. The pine paneling and 16 foot high ceilings gives it that "cottagey" feel.
