It has room for 4 to sleep 1 bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a samsung drawer oven/microwave/airfryer. 2 burner stovetop and dishwasher. Eat in kitchen. 2 tvs. EV charger works w/all cars & trucks. Tesla with included adapter.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Athens and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.

Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .
