Deer View Lodge provides newly refurbished 2 bedroom accommodation with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom accessible via the double bedroom (the twin beds can be moved to create a double). There is a fully equipped kitchen including dining table for 6, shower room with double shower, lounge with a sofa bed and comfortable seating. There is an outside courtyard with BBQ and seating and also a pontoon overlooking the local countryside.

Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

Middle Barn is a cosy, compact detached barn set in the grounds of a country house near Chichester (the sister property to Little Barn). Middle barn is designed for 4 people. The cabin has private access through our garden and we also provide free parking on our driveway.
