From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully presented, and exactly as described (if not better). The host went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable — with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, the bed was super comfy, and every detail had clearly been thought through with care. Whether you're staying for business, a weekend getaway, or a longer break, this place is a hidden gem. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and recommend it to anyone looking for a 5-star experience. Great location as 10 mins from most amenities and the train into central London. Made life easy.

Nigel was the perfect host and his apartment was ideal for my stay. Spacious, bright, multiple balconies, great amenities with lots of towels and comfy bed and furnishings. Apartment is nestled in amongst some lovely restaurants, bars and cafes and a short 8-10 min walk from the bars on the seafront. If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely be booking Nigel’s place.

We absolutely loved our stay. I came with my 11yo daughter and my middle daughter with her 9 month old baby. My grandson slept right through the night! This was a huge bonus and it was down to the very calming and tranquil setting on the penthouse floor. We were right in the heart of Dartford and next to Central Park and it was a beautiful experience. The place would be ideal for a romantic getaway or a friends meet up but we also found it ideal for our needs. The kitchen was amazingly equipped and you can sit outside on the balcony too if you wanted. As a seasoned air b and b user; what stood out the most was James attention to detail. I could tell he wanted each guest to feel his warmth and have a wonderful stay. Prosecco in the fridge? Check. Spare toothbrushes in the bathroom? Check. Even robes for guests if they wanted it. The lift very unusually was not working so James went out of his way to wait for us and lift all our bags. A truly memorable family gathering x

I rented Lisa's home for my partner's birthday gathering, and we had an unforgettable time there—every guest was amazed by the property! It was the perfect size for what we needed, and you can very comfortably sleep up to 12 people there. The place was clean, spacious, with lots of character, and we were allowed to bring our cat, who had a lovely time too! He particularly enjoyed the guinea pigs! The hot tub was a great addition, which we managed to squeeze 8 people into! In terms of location, despite being right next to a busy road, it is very private and you can't hear the traffic from inside. We walked to the nearby winery for a tour and tasting, which was lovely, though the road is not particularly pedestrian-friendly. All in all, Lisa was extremely helpful and friendly, and helped make our stay wonderful. She had even left some fresh eggs in the kitchen for us, laid by the chickens in the garden. We loved it, and I can highly recommend staying there!

We had the most amazing stay! Jaqua is a first class host and the house was everything and more. We partied all afternoon and evening and it was the most comfortable and perfect place to be. The garden and bar are massive and then there was plenty of room to take the evening indoors. The bedrooms are all large and beautifully decorated. I could not imagine anyone being disappointed with a stay here. We highly recommend for large family or friend gatherings. Thank you Jaqua, and we will definitely see you again soon 😊

The accommodation is set in beautiful grounds in a very grand house. Whilst it is set up as private accommodation, it is still a part of their home and so is separated by lockers adjoint doors, so there is some mutual noise transferred between guest and the owners. However, the place is extremely spacious, very well equipped (knives, pans, dishwasher, washing machine etc), TVs and the Japanese toilets were something we noticed in the photos and we're a good plus. Bim was very hospitable and to prove how well it worked for us, we extended our stay.

My family and I stayed at Nigrita’s delightful little apartment whilst holidaying in England visiting relatives. From check in until check out the hosting was communicative, quick and incredibly accommodating. In addition there are fantastic walks in the Essex countryside on your doorstep! we would love to stay again.

Very nice clean place, just what we expected

Ola’s place is wonderful. Private, clean, cozy. Worth every penny. Ola is a great communicator and left us very clear instructions on how to find her. Overall I would highly recommend staying at Ola’s place.

Cozy room , conveniently near to Queens hospital(under 5 mins walk) , Romford Town centre about 10 mins walk. Had no issues during the stay, friendly host who responds in a timely manner.

Great stay! The location was perfect—right next to the retail outlet, which made shopping and dining really convenient. The apartment was clean, bright, and airy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and fresh towels and bedding were provided. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host was super responsive and helpful throughout. They even offered a mid-stay clean, though we didn’t end up needing it. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit!
