The price includes a $10 county tax fee and no costs for housekeeping or other extras. You have access to a Level 2 EV plugin, half bath & kitchenette, shared main kitchen & shared shower. Allergy free space, no pets please. Our place is full of art, Alice in Wonderland magical landscaping, music, horses and creativity. A 56-acre woodland reserve for hiking is down the road.

Cottage + Separate In-Law Suite | The Land

Two queen beds across two private 1-bedroom units on a 162-acre retreat: a main cottage plus a separate in-law suite, not internally connected. The Main House offers valley views. The In-Law Suite is shaded and overlooks the property. Ideal for couples traveling together or friends who want separate space in one reservation. Guests can use the shared pool, garden, and hiking trails; the main house has AC, the in-law suite has a fan. Adults only (18+); no alcohol in public spaces, no drugs.
