We enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is a little bit older but seemed relatively safe. The outside of the house wasn’t very nice and inviting, it appeared worn down. The inside was as described and very spacious! The house was clean but could use a good deep clean or maybe a new housecleaner. We wiped down the doorknobs and light switches and it was pretty grimy. The house seemed like it hadn’t had anyone there for a while and had collected dust from sitting and didn’t seem freshly cleaned and prepped for us. There were no cleaning supplies or paper towels available, not even dish soap. We did see a few cockroaches but they didn’t hang around long, of course this could be from neighbors and not necessarily the hosts fault. The neighbors had a rooster that crowed at all hours even 3:00 AM which was unfortunate. All in all, our stay was ok and Aruna was very nice and responsive. I would probably stay here again for the price.

House matched the photos and description. Venkata was easy to work with and responded to questions. It was clean and easy to find. Bonus was the attached two car garage which helped since street parking can get congested.

We booked the unit for a family weekend getaway for a local event. 8 adults. We had everything we needed to be comfy and feel like we were staying with family (that we actually liked!). Love that we could walk to downtown Hughson. Pizza, Chinese food, sushi, Mexican and a BBQ restaurant are all within walking distance as well as the cutest little Viking themed taproom. We will definitely be booking again and highly recommend!!!

Our stay at this ranch property was exactly what we needed—quiet, relaxing, and full of charm. The home is situated in the middle of a beautiful ranch, surrounded by orchards that made the entire stay feel peaceful and secluded. Inside, the house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The living space was comfortable and welcoming, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. The beds were cozy, and the entire home had a calm, homey feel that made it easy to unwind. What really set this place apart was the setting. Watching the sunset over the orchards, enjoying our morning coffee with views of open fields, and being away from the noise of town made it a memorable escape. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in effortless. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil, countryside getaway.

Christian is a great host. His home is decorated with much taste. His home felt extra safe because we could lock our vehicles inside the gate. I’m sure I will stay there again.

The guest house and its Host Brad were amazing. As I was visiting family in Hughson the location is perfect. Functional and private, better than a hotel in Turlock or Modesto. Easy access to major roads. We were comfortable and felt at home.

Very family friendly home with lots of fun activities!

The ranch is beautiful and the Bird Ranch name is definitely fitting. We listened to the birds sing and chirp all day long. There is plenty of space on the ranch to do outdoor activities and explore. The house itself is an older home and it shows in some places but the charm of the home is great. I would definitely come back to this property.

The house is super cute! It’s very clean and very carefully designed to give you a country home feeling. From the artwork to the linens, the theme of country relaxation carries through the home. From the old school original flooring to the new school elegant and comfy furniture. There are plenty of places to relax around the house inside and outside. It was family friendly yet still had adult swag. Everything we needed was available in the house. May want to add an air fryer. The kids and the adults loved the backyard inside of the house seating. Feeding the hens was everyone’s favorite thing to do. Paola was very attentive and quick to answer Any questions we may have had. I definitely recommend this place.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Silver Bell Barn. Cindy and her family have been so welcoming and easy going it feels like home. The house is very private and quiet and the property is a joy to walk through meeting the horses and cow, friendly dogs and barn cats. Can’t wait to stay another month or two!

Highly recommend for those looking for a nice getaway but still want to be near town! My dog and I had a ball going on bike rides every day and just exploring in general. Amazing view from the bed and lots of natural sunlight. The RV itself was top-notch, will definitely be booking for a getaway in the future!

Chris was so kind and easy to communicate with. I reached out with questions before booking due to our circumstances and he was more than helpful and accommodating! The location is safe and there’s a beautiful park only a few hundred feet away! We didn’t get to go over there, but if our stay was less busy, we would’ve loved to. This studio was cozy, with the comfiest tempur-pedic king bed. The kitchen had utensils, bowls, plates, cups, mugs, pots, pans, a fridge, full oven and stove top, microwave, and even spices and tin foil! The local train definitely likes to toot the horn while passing by, but we live somewhat close to a train so it didn’t bother us too much. Thanks for the stay Chris! We appreciate your kindness and the cozy stay!

Sandra's studio is really well done. It's nicely decorated and arranged well to create living, sleeping and eating spaces. The parking is easy. The kitchen has a huge fridge, a little microwave and a sink. If I had wanted there was a hotplate and pans below the sink. There were some basic utensils and the right cleaning products. I had brought my own food and had to get a bit creative to heat it as there are no plates, bowls, or glasses. There was 1 mug and there were paper plates. The heater worked great. My caution would be to dog owners. I was grateful to be able to bring my dog, however the courtyard and yard are overrun with cats. They were at the door every time we went in and out. Fortunately the smell of cat urine was not noticeable in the unit at all. In addition there are many dogs in the area barking behind fences along the sidewalks making walking my dog difficult. I did not feel safe walking in the area which might be needed when traveling with a dog.

Alexandra was a great host and always able to answer questions if we needed. We felt right at home at her place and would definitely stay again!
