Lovely little cottage with beautiful view across the lake.

Stayed with my parents who were over visiting from the UK! They absolutely loved the location by the lake and throughly enjoyed waking up to kangaroos in the back garden!

Amazing accommodation and great Host! We booked Joe's Nulkaba property for a family vacation. From the initial booking till check-out, Joe was very friendly and proactive in providing suggestions/instructions and promptly responded to our messages. The property was simply amazing. Easily fitted our family totalling 12 people + 1 pet. The house was very spacious, clean, accessible, had great views and had loads of eateries/ in walking and quick driving distance. The beds was spacious and comfortable, and bathrooms were squeaky clean. The whole family had a wonderful relaxing time and our fury friend had plenty of space in the back snd front yards to play around. Joe even had a newly setup BBQ machine outside and a bar area inside. Overall, we had an amazing stay and we really appreciate Joe's hospitality and quick responses. We would definitely book this Airbnb in the future and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing time. Thank you once again Joe for the amazing property.

My family along with 2 other families stayed during the Easter break. The stay was pleasant as it was very spacious, comfortable and quiet with lots of things to do and enjoy. Most importantly, our kids enjoyed swimming, playing pool and ping pong. If there is another chance, we’ll definitely rebook this place. Sarah was also very responsive and made it easy to check in. We had a great weekend staying here in April. It was a great location for a day spent touring wineries in the Hunter Valley. The home was spacious and well equipped and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Vicki and Doug's place was excellent, they were lovely and great to deal with, they had thoughtful and generous inclusions and the house is lovely. The pictures don't do it justice, it is much larger and more spacious in person. The amenities are great, the lake at sunset is beautiful and the house is close to the heated pool, so would be great in the cooler months as well. We will definitely be coming back, and would recommend the house for anyone looking for a holiday.

Love the location of the property, so close to the shops and the beach. House was comfortable, with a well stocked pantry, we loved the backyard. Host was very responsive, we had a minor issue and it was dealt with instantly! We had a great stay and would recommend it.
