Little Melrose Cottage

Little Melrose cottage is the gatekeepers cottage to the Melrose homestead (circa 1907) The location is perfect for a leisurly walk to the town centre (20 mins) and the Museum, art Gallery and information centre (also 20 mins) there are many bars and cafes and supermarket within 10 minutes walking. Although small and compact, the cottage is equipped with oven, microwave, stovetop and washing machine. It is perfect for couples, solo travellers or those travelling for buisness.

Strowan House 1 - Stylish Comfort

Located in the sought- after Strowan neighbourhood Strowan House 1 is within a 5 min walk of shops, cafes and restaurants. St Georges Hospital, St Andrews College, St Margarets College, Rangi Ruru Girls School, Elmwood Bowling Club & Merivale Mall all within walking distance. Garden outlook, self-cater, fridge, microwave, benchtop oven, jug, toaster, queen sized bed, couch (becomes sofa bed mostly used by children or small adults. )There is an additional charge of $20 for the 3rd person. Close to Hagley Park and Merivale Mall, Restaurants, bus route to CBD. There is off street parking. Use of small backyard with table and chairs. Two mountain bikes are available for loan with advance notice.

Hagley Haven l A guest favourite!

Hagley Haven is located right by Hagley Park in the centre of Christchurch City. There is free allocated parking, 2 bedroom with 1.5 baths + a private deck with its own courtyard . TWO heat pumps to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. Park the car and explore all that Christchurch has to offer by foot. After a busy day why not eat at one of the outstanding restaurants that surround this property?
