WE ARE PERFECTLY LOCATED ON HIGHWAY 50 , NOT INTERSTATE 70 (we run parallel to/Interstate-70, 15 minutes from any exits), within a secured, gated 3/4 fenced property, 7 min. to downtown Grand Junction. Two queen beds, couch, futon, large reclining chair, E-Z Up portable self rise queen bed, two sleep pads, full kitchen, 3/4 bath w/hot shower, ample parking. Our spacious and newly renovated large barn has a beautiful view of the Grand Valley. Relax among the vines under Mt. Garfield. Drink wine at one of the many wineries. Enjoy peace and quiet while picking a peach in the orchard or grapes in the vineyard. We are conveniently located 2 miles from downtown Palisade and 13 miles from downtown Grand Junction. From skiing, to mountain biking, to rafting, to hiking, and road biking there are outdoor activities nearby for all levels.
