Arts & Athletics is a functioning art gallery making works by local and regional artists accessible to anyone who stays in this brand new addition to a mid-century modern ranch home. We've had so much fun hosting our original, The Ivywood Barn, we decided to add on. Welcome to The Ivywood Barn Too! Our home property came with an old horse barn and stables and a feed room; two rooms under one roof. In 2018, we turned the horse barn and stables into The Ivywood Barn. Now we've converted the feed room into The Ivywood Barn Too! Two private rooms, two private entrances under one roof. So, if you're a party of 2, choose either side. If you're a party of 4, choose them both!

Our guesthouse was completely renovated in June 2020, complete with king sized bed, quartzite countertops and full-size sleeper sofa. LOCATION!! - it is an easy one block walk to all the wonderful restaurants, bakery, coffee shop, pubs and shopping in Five Points. Sidewalks right in front of the main house beckon you to stroll through the beautiful historic neighborhood or walk on down to UGA's campus (.6 mi). Downtown is also an easy 2 mile ride just down the road.
