Lovely host and a lovely accommodation! Was greeted amazingly and perfect instructions of the place, was super flexible for check in and me and my mates was there for an event and had to be there before! Highly recommend and would definitely book with next time I’m up☺️

The accommodation was really good with a comfortable bed and sofa, and a terrific shower. There was a good-sized television with a wide selection of channels, iplayer etc. Also there were a selection of books and games. We would happily stay here again.

We stayed at Tatu’s annex for a few days and had a lovely experience. Although the host lives just next door, we barely noticed and had complete privacy throughout our stay. Tatu was incredibly helpful and friendly from the start—he personally talked us through the check-in process, showed us how to unfold the sofa bed, and even recommended which bus to take into the city. The annex itself is cosy, clean, and quiet—perfect for a relaxing break. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essential utensils and appliances, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The shower had great water pressure and consistent temperature, which was a real plus. Getting to the city by bus was quick and straightforward. Tatu even helped us by giving clear instructions to back out our car—much appreciated! Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful, well-kept spot with a thoughtful host.

Great accommodation and lovely hosts. Perfect spot for the endless local mountain biking, walking, coffee and cakes. Wish we had stayed another week!

Pirn Haugh studio has a large comfortable bedroom with plenty of storage, seating, table and TV with an en-suite shower room off. A galley kitchen sits at the front of the space at the private entrance. It's a short walk into Innerleithen with various shops, eateries and pubs available. A transport link by bus is available towards Edinburgh and Galashiels. There are plenty of walking, hiking and cycle routes at this location as well as an excellent 9 hole golf course at the North of the town.

Die Wohnung ist super. Man hat alles, was man braucht! Mit dem Bus (5 min. entfernt) ist man schnell in der Innenstadt und gleichzeitig kann man in 15 min. zum Meer spazieren. Es war alles Wichtige vorhanden und die Wohnung war toll dekoriert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Colin was a great host and went above and beyond to help us get settled in. The house was very peaceful and the perfect size for our family of 6 over Christmas.

Lindsey was a thoughtful host and provided clear information before checking in. We really liked the digital accommodation manual, which provided everything we could need to know and local area recommendations. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. There is also a lovely garden space to sit in. The location is ideal as it’s situated within a few minutes walking distance to Dunbar High Street and the Harbour. Would recommend to anyone visiting Dunbar!

Absolutely lovely Airbnb. Such a pretty little cottage in a perfect location - we loved our short stay here. Victoria was a great host and made us feel very welcome (fresh bread and local dairy produce on arrival were a treat). Can't recommend enough 😀

Super fint boende. Ser precis ut som på bilderna och även bättre när man kom dit. Rent och fräscht. Luktade gott. Superfin rymlig toalett. Väldigt hemtrevligt och fint hela boendet. Inget kök men det gjorde absolut inget då det fanns kyl. Bra frukost ställe precis upp för backen. Sköna sängar. Mycket bra läge till allt vi ville se. Spårvagnen stannade bara en kort promenad från boendet. Fantastiskt att det även fanns lite jackor att låna då vi missbedömde vädret. Hygien artiklar då som dusch/schampo fanns. Återkommer mer än gärna till detta boendet.

A lovely cosy spot, ideal for a couple. So close to town and walkable, once the car is parked you won't need to move it. The host was flexible with our arrival and came to greet us to offer any help, local advice etc. We weren't rushed for check out and had a very relaxed morning with a lovely continental breakfast provided. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed. Exactly as described and photographed. Would stay here again.

This place is more beautiful in real life than the photos capture. Fresh flowers, living plants, sweet treats, classy, warm decor all made for an atmosphere we immediately sank into and unwound. The huge garden facing window, and huge modern bathroom (with under floor heating) added to the cozy luxury. The next morning it took the smell of freshly ground coffee to finally coaxed me out of the wonderfully comfy bed, then off for a morning walk. We had the pleasure and honor of Kate’s friendly, and extremely well trained spaniel join us (Beason…you’re a CHAMP❤️). Thank you Kate for the care and warm, kindness we continue to feel from our short stay, it truly was a blessing:).

Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful!!! The location is perfect! Just a 10 minute bus ride from the center, the neighborhood is very quiet and made the walks in the morning/evening very peaceful. You may even see friendly cats wanting to say hello while you're on your walk. The pod itself looked even better in person and was spacious. The morning sunrise and the beautiful night sky from the pod was breath-taking. Margherita made everything easy, she was extremely helpful, she made us feel at home and gave us our privacy as well. We cant wait to book again when we visit again in the future!!! 5 Stars all arounddd!

Absolutely spotless accommodation, with lots of unexpected extras, excellent host, good communication and very flexible. Easy access to Edinburgh and surrounding area by car or bus.

A estadia em casa de Veronique foi muito agradável. O apartamento corresponde às fotos e à descrição e tem todas as comodidades para uma estadia na linda cidade de Edimburgo. A Veronique foi muito acessível e tinha uma oferenda de boas vindas preparada, com pão, leite, compotas, etc para uma primeira refeição. Existem dois supermercados a uma curta distância do apartamento, muito úteis para quem quer fazer algumas refeições em casa. O local é bastante tranquilo e seguro. Recomendo, sem dúvida, este alojamento para quem quiser conhecer esta fantástica cidade.

Realmente um dos melhores Airbnb que já ficamos. Localização, lugar impecável, espaçoso, limpeza e comodidades. A comunicação perfeita com Shirley, sempre atenciosa e prestativa. Tudo perfeito! Com certeza recomendamos e voltaremos.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit bei Tamsin und David! Die Unterkunft ist ausgesprochen schön: ein separater, lichtdurchfluteter Anbau mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Alles ist hochwertig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in bestem Zustand – vom bequemen Bett über die ausreichend dimensionierte Küche bis hin zum poppigen Badezimmer. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns Tamsins Kunst, die in der Unterkunft wunderschön zur Geltung kommt. Die Lage ist perfekt: In zweiter Reihe hinter dem Portobello Beach gelegen, konnten wir abends die Ruhe genießen und schöne Spaziergänge am Strand unternehmen. Gleichzeitig ist die Innenstadt von Edinburgh durch eine fußläufig erreichbare Bushaltestelle in 25 Minuten bequem erreichbar. Die Gastgeber haben an alles gedacht: Der Kühlschrank war mit frischem Brot, Marmelade, Milch und mehr bestückt, und im Bad warteten tolle Bio-Duschgels und Seifen. Parken vor der Haustür war ebenfalls problemlos möglich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Mhairi’s place was great to stay at. It is peaceful and quiet with a short walk to the sea. Good parking a short walk away. The location is great to bus to the city center. (Four choices running very often). Mhari was very kind at check in and responsive in chat. We would definitely return here for another stay 😃!

We had the best time during our stay in the stunning apartment! The rooms are flooded with light, the space is very clean and exceptionally neat, and everything we could have asked for was there. We were even granted an early check in, which allowed us to use our first vacation day fully - this was very much appreciated. We also had the chance to get to know Lindsay and Roberto - what a delightful pleasure! They are the most fantastic hosts :) We were invited over for a glas of wine during our stay and had the best time. They are so interesting, kind and just overall great people. Next time we’re in Edinburgh we’re definitely staying with Lindsay and Robert again (or if the apartment is already booked, at least meeting them for a coffee) 😊
