A cute house very close to the sea... The house is in Zergülkent Sitesi, Bogazici, Milas. You can walk to 2 different beautiful beaches in 5 min. It is around 35 min drive to the Bodrum Center, 30 min to Milas and 20 min to Bodrum Airport. We have grocery stores in 5-10 min drive. Our house has 3 floors with different entrances. We are renting 2 of the flats. This is the first floor. We are mostly present on the middle floor and we try our best for your comfort and wellbeing. See you:)

Das Haus liegt etwa 200 Meter vom Meer entfernt und verfügt über eine großzügige Terrasse mit Panoramablick auf die Ägäis, eingebettet in Olivenbäume und farbenfrohe Oleander. Das Haus umfasst drei Schlafzimmer (insgesamt 6 Schlafplätze), zwei Badezimmer sowie eine offene Küche mit gemütlichem Wohnbereich.

We are located in Bitez and we are only 3 minutes walk away from Bitez sea side ( 150mt). You can find many sport activities, boat trip rentals, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops in Bitez. We have strong wifi which helps home office working guests a lot. The apartment has two bedrooms, living room, open kitchen, bathroom and a large balcony with a nice view. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can ask for kitchenware set free from the reception.
