The place was a beautiful, old Wisconsin home that came furnished with everything you could need. We used some of the games they had and the hot tube. Everything else was perfect and exactly what we were looking for, for our weekend.

Ann went above and beyond to be a fantastic host!!! Her listing gives a very accurate overview of the living space and what to expect during this airbnb experience. She makes you feel at home and like you're staying at a friend or family member's house vs. an impersonal hotel. Her wonderful pets are an added bonus. There was a furry welcoming committee there to meet us at the door and to offer snuggles :) I would recommend this airbnb to anyone! It's in a peaceful neighborhood and only a short drive to shopping centers and restaurants galore.

Overall great, Arthur was a good host. The area is a little ghetto so at night I wouldn’t walk around but overall it was good.

Paul was flexible and super easy to communicate with. Check in and out are simple. Neighborhood was a quiet cul-de-sac and close to downtown. So convenient. We were a party of 9 and had plenty of room to gather and lounge. LOVED the saltwater hot tub. So relaxing at the start and end of our days 😊

It's a very nice, cozy first floor space about a 7-minute drive from the third ward, and near the river. Nice kitchen space for all your cooking needs. Free weekend Street parking across the street from the house. Otherwise, register on a free parking app for weekdays. Old house, but they kept the charm with modern touches. Residential neighborhood. Close to all, and a short walk to a large park. You need a car, or you could uber/lyft to your destination around town. Marquette University a 15 minute drive. The place is tidy. Homey.

We had a great stay during our time in town visiting family over Christmas! The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed during our time there. It was great having a dedicated parking spot in the back. Super clean bathroom, plenty of clean linens, nice shower. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in town!

Six (6) of us friends from Orange County, CA flew to Wisconsin to take part in the 22-Mile “Walk to Mary” event at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Champion on May 3, 2025. After the event was over, we planned for a one-night stay in Milwaukee and came across a gem of a property (whose description was exactly as it appeared in the listing). Kyle’s property – called The Schlitz Castle - is undoubtedly THE best property that all of us have ever rented. It's close in proximity to nearby grocery stores and eateries and is nestled in a safe, cozy, and quiet neighborhood. The house was fully stocked – frozen foods, various pantry items, a boatload of drinks, spirits, toiletries, hair dryers, curling irons, first aid supplies, vintage record albums, etc. Kyle was also very responsive to my messages and was a most gracious host. Parking was a non-issue and access via numbered keypad simplified our entry into the home. Thank you, Kyle, for a great and comfortable stay!

This place was very nice and clean. It was set up very well. It’s also in a great neighborhood and within walking distance to some great restaurants. Marc was very responsive and helpful.

The hot tub was a huge highlight, especially after spending days exploring Milwaukee — it was clean, easy to use, and very private. The backyard was another major plus, with a grill setup and enough space to unwind or enjoy a meal outdoors. The location was convenient, tucked into a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to downtown and other attractions. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and everything we needed was easy to find thanks to clear instructions. Overall, we had a relaxing and memorable stay. Whether you’re visiting Milwaukee for a weekend or a longer trip, this retreat is a fantastic choice!

We really enjoyed our visit to Shorewood in Corey’s home. It was comfortable, clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. I recently stayed at this beautiful historic home for a girls' weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. The house itself is charming and full of character, with spacious rooms and plenty of amenities. The location is fantastic—convenient to local attractions and dining options. It was the ideal home base for our getaway, and we enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend for a memorable stay!

Dustin was a great hose and communicated with us effectively. Very responsive. The house was great with all the amenities: 3 twin mattresses that you could have folks sleep on the floor in comfort. There is a pack and play there as well. The photos don't show it but both bathrooms have showers. There were plenty of linens and towels and he also provided shampoo and soap. The location is awesome, several food and bar options you can easily walk to. There is a full service grocery store nearby as well. If you have to go downtown, it's very walkable, about a 30 min walk or a quick 8 min drive. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here!
