Laundry is the only shared area, located outside the unit behind a secured door and unused by host during guest stay. Kitchen, two beds, bathroom, dining room, deck. A glorious lighted bridge north & skyscrapers south. NOTE there are ice cream trucks across the river w some minor noise as they park.
