The home was very nice and just like the pictures. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen was nice as well; however, the refrigerator was dirty, with crumbs and hair inside. Additionally, some of the pillows had hair on them.

The home on the lake was absolutely perfect for meeting family for a long, relaxing weekend. The home had everything we could ask for. We love to cook and the kitchen had all the appliances, cookware, utensils and space to prepare large meals for everyone. We even smoked two shoulder roasts on the Big Green Egg. The three comfortable couches provided all the sitting space we needed to enjoy movies at night and The Masters during the day. Outside, the we all enjoyed the hot tub, sitting by the firepit and enjoying lake time on the dock and the boat we rented. Such a great place. When we return to Lake Norman and need a rental, Brenell's place will be at the top of our list.

I recently stayed this Airbnb it was absolutely amazing! It was very spacious and beautiful—honestly, the pictures don't do it justice! I had such a great experience and will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. This was the perfect choice. Everything we needed was there from indoor games to plenty of space to the play yard and the basketball goal etc. I will definitely keep this place in my favorites. Thank you so much for everything!

Million dollar views! We enjoyed our stay beautiful views of the sunset right on the lake. This place was so peaceful. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Scott communicated and checked on us during our stay. Will definitely stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Morena’s house! We are from Charlotte ourselves and while our house was getting renovated, we choose to stay at Morena’s place. We glad we did! House located in great neighborhood, it’s peaceful and quiet - which was important for my little baby while she was taking naps during the day. Spacious house. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home and outside patio was a huge plus! My little one and I loved waking up in the morning to birds signing in the back yard. It was perfect! Very responsible and friendly host as well. Thank you very much, we had a pleasant stay.

We had a truly relaxing and peaceful stay here. Everything was just as described and the host was helpful and responsive throughout. This house is such a great space and in an absolutely gorgeous location, also very convenient to all the stores and restaurants you might need!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The amenities around the condo facility were very nice as well. The community near the condo was very cute and safe. We had many walks on the nearby walking path as well. We really enjoyed the walk/short drive to the restaurants, bars, and shops in Davidson. Thanks for a great stay.

Michael was such a KIND and heart felt host! His customer service is unmatched. He made my stay enjoyable, he was friendly, and I would highly recommend his home! He assisted me in accomplishing a quick last minute romantic set-up surprise for my husband and he absolutely LOVED IT! He was right on time with the responses with any question I needed answer. The place was neat, clean and plenty of space. It also had cool modern accessories throughout. The shower was what we needed after a long-day on our feet from Carowinds, the amusement park closeby. He also was very helpful with planning my trip/itinerary from start to finish. There weren’t any issues with check-in. The neighborhood is very quiet and we didn’t feel out of place being guests. He excelled my expectations on professionalism and customer service. The ambiance here was inviting and comfortable. This will be my go-to place for anytime I’m visiting Charlotte. I had a fantastic stay! Michelle was incredibly communicative and responsive from the very beginning—always quick to answer any questions and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. The apartment was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained, which made it feel immediately welcoming and comfortable. Great spot for our one night stay, wish we had longer! We were there to check out local breweries and it was very walkable to these spots around the area. The parking being included was a huge perk and it was very easy to get from the spot into the apartment. Everything was great and quick response. The app for getting in and out of spaces was new to us but great and easy to use.

What a joy to wake up to that magnificent view, from a beautiful condo, so zen, so well designed. It is conducive to everything positive. The prompt and courteous response by the owners to any questions makes the stay all the more a 5 star experience. Can’t wait to go back.

If you are looking for a home on the lake with stunning views from almost every room, look no further. You will enjoy your meals looking out at the lake, a cozy fire and a lake view, or lounging lazily on a memory foam mattress with the lake in view. However, the view isn’t all you will enjoy. There are enough televisions for everyone’s tastes, games, beach towels, a pool, deck furniture, a fire pit, and a covered dock. Surely everyone will find something to do. I was really impressed at how clean the house was, how well-stocked the kitchen was, and the thoughtfulness of providing toiletries/Kleenex. Mike and Jorge are definitely super hosts!

A lovely and inviting home with everything we could hope for to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. Melanie and the other team members responded quickly and warmly to our questions. We would love to return and are glad to refer this home to our friends and family.

We hosted our 40-person wedding at this house and it was absolutely perfect! Great size living room for dessert reception on Friday evening, perfect space in the backyard for the ceremony, cocktail hour, family photos, dinner under the event space and dancing in the driveway, and brunch on Sunday. The ladies got ready in the master bathroom downstairs and the men in the bathroom upstairs. Hosted the backyard wedding of my dreams and made additional memories by being able to stay for the extended weekend in the house with our families.
