Beauty, quality, tranquility. You cannot do this home justice in an advert - visiting is a MUST! This is the most beautiful, well thought out, quality, relaxing Airbnb we have ever had the privilege to visit. Total relaxation from the moment we crossed the threshold. Ally & Pete were amazing from start to finish, great hosts for whom nothing was too much trouble. Great family atmosphere whilst being fully appreciative of your space. Again, perfect. The location is absolutely on point, in a beautiful neighbourhood and only a 3 minute walk from a gorgeous nature reserve and a beach which is unspoilt and out of this world. Already we have committed to returning, this retreat is soo good so we simply have to go back and stay for longer. If you are considering booking this as a place for your next break, stop thinking and get it booked - you won’t regret it I promise!! Thanks to Pete & Ally for being amazing. This our second stay at Anthony's family air B&B, and our initial impressions are overwhelmingly positive. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds offer optimal comfort with immaculately clean linen, and the bathrooms are tastefully designed, featuring body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, which serve to enhance the overall sense of luxury. The outdoor area is a peaceful oasis, where one can unwind and bask in the pleasant sounds of birdsong and the water feature. We fully intend to book again in the future.

This tiny home is exactly what you need if you want to get away, be involved in the tiny home experience, have a little camp fire with a red wine and cold beer! Maybe even turn off socials for a day or two. It is so cosy and easy to find with directions. Situation in the perfect distance from the now busy little surf town with hidden treasures right at your nose. The beautiful collie will say hello and he is such a good boy, the sound of birds and wind blowing through the bush is soothing! I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Also shower pressure is to die for!

Beautiful location, very low key. the house was beautiful and welcoming. Low set house which was perfect for mobility issues as there wasn’t very many stairs and loved the games closet and the lawns were perfect for playing outdoor games with the kids. Celebrated my son and mother’s birthday and it was perfect holiday for beach and rock lovers. to come back and watch the sunset and have family dinner out on the veranda looking out at the water was amazing. 10/10 and the little shops down the road had everything we needed and good food.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Smiley's Beach House. It's a beautiful home in a lovely location. The place was modern but also had a homely atmosphere. We felt very comfortable there. It's so close to the ocean, you can see the sea from the front outdoor area.

A perfect, hassle free place to stay with friends and family. The direct access to the beach is a big bonus :)!

This place was a last minute booking for the family and was an absolute gem! Loved the location right on the beach and the house itself was just stunning, still can’t get over it! If I go up again it’s definitely somewhere I would book again. Loved the cleanliness and the modernness of the house! Everything about it was just perfect 🤩

Absolutely divine. Melissa and Bart’s special Tiny Home already seemed idyllic on the AirBnB listing; but seeing and experiencing it in person is divine. Melissa and Bart have thought of every small touch and then more. The place is cosy, comfortable, beautiful and peaceful. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay on our road trip when we needed some rest; and it has been one of my favourite bookings. This is a place not to be missed if you’re heading to the area. Additionally, Melissa was an incredibly kind and generous host. We had a little hiccup during our stay - Melissa was immediately responsive and went above and beyond to help. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay. We hope to be back one day.

We had a truly wonderful family holiday at Burrum Heads. Adam was an excellent host, making sure we had everything we needed, and even though he lives on the property, we barely knew he was there. We hosted a large family Christmas lunch on the large covered deck with ease. The sea breezes kept the place us cool all day. The kitchen was perfectly adequate for preparing all the food. Within walking distance of everything, we recommend this lovely, character home to anyone seeking an authentic, coastal holiday in Queensland.
