Large, light filled, quiet, private 2 bedroom apartment/guest suite with split bathroom (toilet and sink in one room, soaking tub/shower and sink in other), kitchenette, and ceilings up to 16'. We have been working on this space for the last 2 years to get the details just right, including hand built furniture and art by local artists. Above the din of the Mission, this apartment is a unique space built in the attic of a large Edwardian house run by artists Laurel Roth Hope and Andy Diaz Hope .

Whether you’re here for work or leisure, our place is a fully detached, private building, offering complete seclusion and privacy.

The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. This stunning, 1800+ square foot house is part of just 5% of the city that fully withstood the 1906 and the Loma Prieta earthquakes, a mix of fortuitous geography and magic. For more than 15 years, it has been my sanctuary when the rough and tumble of the business world has kicked me in the stomach, when heartbreak hit, and later it was the co-parent in helping me raise my gorgeous girls. I'm ready to share its magic with you!

Newly renovated apartment built in a 130-year-old Marina-style house with a separate entrance from the main house. Two bedrooms, one bath, a fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer, and a large smart TV. The apartment has a perfect placement on a quiet street, but close enough to all the great restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife of the Mission (98 walk score). I live upstairs in the same home and am available during your stay, while guests have full privacy in their own space.

This studio has gets lots of light in the morning and is peaceful with the view of Mission Dolores Church in the background. It’s about 280 square feet. You can’t beat the location and privacy. You also have direct access to a common shared garden. It’s a perfect place to come home to after working in the city or exploring. The location is the best. You don’t need a car when you stay here.
