By booking the King Room, you will have easy access to our private hiking trails that lead directly into Rocky Mountain National Park and access to over 4000 ft. of Fall River. Experience the Ben Schoonover Lodge for an unforgettable, relaxing getaway. Overlooking the the Loess Hills, the lodge features 3 stories with 15 rooms: 12 rooms featuring 2 queen beds, and 3 rooms featuring 1 king bed. Rooms measure 400 sq. feet and have full private baths. Each floor has a lounge area. A freestanding fireplace extends through all 3 floors, and we have a full commercial kitchen with an outstanding chef. Meals available upon request for an additional fee.

Our Keeper’s Quarters suite is on the main level of our Barndo. This suite offers 2 King bedrooms (with the option of a pullout couch upon request to sleep an additional 2), a full kitchen and dining area and living room area with a 58-in Smart TV already connected to free secure Wi-Fi. Your private bathroom features a large 4x6 shower and a single vanity setup. There is access directly to the main level back deck with your own spacious seating.
