Ferienunterkünfte mit überdachter Terrasse in Moche

I loved this apartment - it was super unique. It was very clean, the amenities were great, and the communication was super great. We appreciated that there was a lockbox for the keys which allowed for us to arrive late in the evening. The only downside to this apartment would be that the top level is essentially a duplex (both Airbnbs) - and it's open air (because it's a terrace), so it can get loud if the neighbor you are paired with blasts their music all night and is generally thoughtless about others. However, I would recommend the place - it's a super apartment and they have earned their 5 star rating.

Marvel and her husband helped us really well when we needed a place to stay for the same night. Quick response and clear communication. The appartment is spacious and not too far from the beach in a quieter area away from the bars etc.

Our group of (7) women friends stayed at this beautiful oceanfront hotel for 5 days while on tour to visit nearby ancient cultural sites, museums, and to shop at the huge market in Trujillo. We rented (2) single rooms and (1) family space to accommodate our guests; upstairs rooms offer ocean views. The security gate entrance is just steps from the ocean which totally encloses the entire courtyard as well as all rooms at the hotel. All the rooms were clean and lovely, with comfortable beds appointed with quality linens, pillows, and new luxurious towels. Bathrooms all squeaky clean with plenty of toilet paper & hot water for showers, which is unusual for the area. The family suite has a well appointed kitchen, with gas range & several small useful appliances w/nice large seating area where we gathered for meals and to spend time together. The owner was friendly and responsive to our needs during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Me alojé con mi familia y la casa tiene una buena ubicación, es amplia y bien equipada. Agradecemos al anfitrión por permitirnos hacer el check-in de madrugada. Sin embargo, la limpieza no fue de nuestro agrado: había polvo, moho, filtraciones, licores abiertos de hace tiempo y las colchas no estaban limpias. Además, al inicio no logramos comunicarnos con el anfitrión, lo que generó incertidumbre. A mi familia, en particular, le incomodan los espacios sucios, por lo que esto afectó la experiencia. Buena opción si se mejora el mantenimiento.

El lugar es bastante amplio y bonito. Los cuartos perfectos con escritorios y roperos. También la cantidad de camas necesarias para que todos estuvieramos a gusto. 🙌🏼

I spent a month in Julio's apartment & loved it. He was always quick to respond, friendly, and helpful. As a digital nomad, the apt was ideal. Strong internet, a nice kitchen, and a large, comfortable space. The workout equipment is a great bonus. Washer worked great. Internet/WiFi Speeds: Super fast; over 500d/600u on VPN Workspace: Nice desk w/ very comfy office chair Bed: very comfortable, slept well Kitchen: Great kitchen w/ good cookware, appliances, & utensils Water: pressure is OK, temp is steady Food/grocery: restaurants/supermarkets within 5-15min walk (bodegas across the street) Neighborhood: Loved it - relaxed, walkable, easy to get to the center (Uber was always quick to pick-up), a few blocks from Ave Larco for tons of restaurants/shopping. Julio was great at communicating from afar (he was out of the country) and when I had a plumbing issue (resolved as quick as is possible in Peru). Very well stocked with toiletries, detergent, & little household things for a comfy stay.

C’était un merveilleux séjour dans un appartement très agréable. Nous étions en famille, à quatre, dont deux enfants. Ils ont adoré leurs chambres et nous la note sur le toit. Un immeuble avec des voisins tranquilles et sympathiques, des restaurants excellents à proximité, le marché, la plage à 3 minutes à pieds. L’hôte très accueillante et réactive. Très beau séjour d’une semaine, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

I had the most incredible 6 week stay here! I have stayed in many airbnbs and never felt so at home. It's only the 3 apartments, and it feels like staying with a local family. Jose Ignacio and his mother are the sweetest and kindest people and I loved living here. He is an amazing cook and even shared some delicious meals with me! The apartment is even nicer than the photos, so large and spacious. The yard is so nice and the wifi works everywhere so I was able to work outside and sit by the pool. It was a perfect remote work location with a view of the ocean. I was there in summer and was fine without AC, I left the windows open and the breeze is so nice. You are right on the beach and in the middle of nature so dirt/sand blows in and there are some ants, just keep clean and don't drop crumbs and they are small and don't bother you. It's a little bit of a walk from the centre of town but I love the privacy and unblocked view of the ocean. I can't wait to return to my Huanchaco home!
