We stay at The Appalachian all the time - this is now our favorite place to stay - We will be back very soon

I had a great month-long stay at ReeRee’s quaint apartment. The place was very clean and was in a convenient location from the hospital. I felt safe and had privacy. The room was well organized and furnished and fulfilled all my needs. ReeRee was very responsive to any concerns or questions I had during the entire stay!

We stayed to ski at Mountain Creek resort. Roger was always very helpful during our stay. We used a car service to get there so that we did not have a space to keep our suitcases before and after check-in/out. Roger has helped us to figure it out smoothly both times. Rooms were extremely clean, the view from the room was great. There is a laundry room in the building. This place is great for a family to stay. Mountain Creek is a wonderful resort, being able to ski and swim in a warm pool. We hope to come back here to ski, and we hope to stay at the same Roger's place.

Great stay - I was here for a dance competition that was happening at the minerals. Hotel and the location was quite convenient and I was happy to stay in a lovely condo for less than half the price. Would stay here again.

it was a great stay house was homey nice and clean quiet perfect for a weekend getaway or Any getaway easy to commute with lots of things to do in the area and downtown was festive for the time of year I will deff recommend this place

We had a wonderful stay! The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, which I appreciated. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals during my stay. Plus, the host was very responsive and helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly.

beautiful cottage located in a gated community. We loved our stay! Cottage was very clean and the host were very accommodating.

Had a wonderful repeat stay. The living room is especially lovely on a sunny day with tremendous natural light flooding in. We enjoyed sitting and reading and playing board games there after a morning on the mountains. We really felt at home and will be sure to stay again if we return to the area!

Dave's place was great. Dave is great host and Port Chester is a great little area.

The condo was located with ski/in out access at Granite on the same court as the famous beer throw condo. It had everything we needed and the host was fabulous! He was able to offer late check out on Sunday so we could still ride for the day and have somewhere to keep our dog. The sun set had a great view from our wrap around deck and even had a barricade you can put up so your dog can join you. Will stay again!

We had a great stay at Daniela's apartment in Yonkers. It's right off of the Saw Mill Parkway so it's only a 20-25 minute drive to Manhattan (without traffic). Parking was on the street but there were plenty of free spots. Our check in was a little confusing since there is a keycode for the first door and then a lockbox (with a different code from the keycode) for the keys to the rest of the apartment. But we figured it out eventually. The apartment is quite spacious with a living room, separate kitchen space, and the 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are large, while the other is behind one of the larger bedrooms (railroad apartment style), and is much smaller. There are air conditioning units in each bedroom, but the small bedroom has a much older unit than the others. Daniela and Erik were great hosts--easy to get hold of when we had questions. Thanks for a great stay!

Mohan's place was awesome! Very nice, super clean! Came down from Maine for the Spartan Ultra race and it was so nice being so close to the mountain for the early start time. Would 100% stay here again and would recommend anyone staying in this area to jump on this place it's great!

Booked this room for a last-minute ski trip with the kids during winter break. It was a great stay—clean, comfortable, and more affordable than similar options at the Appalachian. Communication was awesome and provided a lot of detail prior to the stay so basically once we arrived we knew what to do. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great experience staying at Gerry and Arlene’s condo! Everything was clean and stress free! Would definitely recommend to stay with them if visiting the area!
