Secluded, peaceful, and located just 2.2 miles south of Bozeman's Main Street, about a 7-minute drive, and only minutes from the MSU campus and hospital. We live in a separate house next door and share a large backyard. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath 1973 mobile home has been thoughtfully updated. It includes a backyard deck and comes fully furnished, with all of your day-to-day appliances and living accessories provided. We require an every-other-week cleaning that is included in the price.

Enjoy beauty & relaxation on acres of land and horse pastures while being minutes from Hyalite Canyon & Reservoir (some of the best hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, ice climbing, etc.) and 10 minutes from down town. The guest house (the 2nd floor of a detached building on our property) is over 1,000 square feet and the perfect place to use as basecamp as you explore Bozeman and surrounding areas.
