First you will meet mrs hanyea she’s the sweetest, she walked me through the apartment, step by step explaining all the amenities and describe all the area for me where to go, what to do, what’s near by which area to avoid… the details she gave me was more than enough, in fact she went above and beyond to make sure my stay is secure and incredible, her husband Mr Ashraf was the second person I met, very helpful, he suggest couple places for me, as well the door man mr mohamad, he was very helpful during my stay, The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, the area is so nice, supermarket, ATM machines literally under the building, I really recommend this location to everyone, I was so impressed with the area and the walking distance to some cloth shops streets, shush’s and cafe’s. Area, the beach is less than 30 second away… I’ll come back for sure and I’ll rebook the same accommodation with hanyea and Ashraf Thank you guys you made my stay unforgettable

There’s everything you need even a microwave

The owner is very friendly and kind, he gave our driver clear directions to get there and was happy to help! The apartment was great and as described with a kitchen that was useful. The apartment is has a sea view that is beautiful. The only thing is the lift is unavailable for use 1 hour in the day but this wasn't an issue for us. Highly recommend

Ethar and her father are very sweet people Ethar has traveled extensively so she is sensitive to the needs of both foreigners and women traveling alone I enjoyed her company very much on the local experience she hosts Their apartment is very close to the Montaza Gardens and the very clean Sheraton beach. There is a lovely balcony that looks out to the garden and gets some morning sun I enjoyed very much

this place is literally a stones throw away from the beach, I highly recommend it

Karim was very responsive during the lead up to my stay and the apartment was really nice. It offers a great view and a cool sea breeze all day long. The apartment is very spacious that could fit a large family easily. The furniture is good but the appliances were a little old. Karim promised a renovation so that my next stay will be even more enjoyable. The area is busy during summer but this is good because there are plenty of restaurants and cafes to go to. Thank you Karim and see you next time 👍🏻

Lovely stay! Cleanliness is my top priority and Abe’s house manager(s) ensured the home was spotless. It has all amenities you could need, the doormen/security are lovely people, and Abe & his house managers are highly responsive and there for anything you need. The area is super walkable, including less than a ten minute walk to the shore, where there are tons of restaurants, shopping malls, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc! Dog owners: My dog is trained to only go potty on grass so it was quite difficult for him to comfortably go outside because there’s no grass around. We had to walk for a few mins at a time until he felt comfortable to go. Still a five star rating because my dog was safe & comfortable in the home and this only applies to a select few people :) Huge thanks to Abe and his crew for warmly hosting us!

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Alexander!😍 The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and everything I needed was close by. What made the experience even better was the host "Amr & Samar"🥰 extremely polite, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area, and I’d be happy to stay here again in the future! Thank you a lot ❤️🌹

mega nette Leute ,,,sehr nett und hilfsbereit... hat alles gepasst... Es ist was ganz anderes hier. Wenn Agypten an seiner Sauberkeit im Land was macht dann ist es ein tolles Land mit viele Möglichkeiten,,,interessant und sehenswert. Die Menschen sind einfach toll da können sich Europäer eine Scheibe abschneiden. immer wieder gern ins Land.
