This cozy apartment of 500 sq ft is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 4 with the queen bedroom and the futon which makes into a queen size bed. No TV. Monte Vista is a small rural town.

With roughly 70 acres of wide open fields, and nearly a 1/4 mile of river front property, the views do not disappoint. The Riverside Ranch House is located not far from local mountain biking/ hiking and OHV trails for any one with recreational interests.

Cabin is neighboring a hiking and mountain biking trail and in walking distance to shops, a microbrewery and restaurants, 40 minute drive to Wolf Creek ski area, numerous mountain trails and roads, fishing near by on the Rio Grande and mountain lakes.
