Tiny Houses als Ferienunterkünfte in Montenegro

This place is a gem - peaceful surroundings, stunning view, comfortable inside/outside. Great architecture in its simplicity - not too little, not too much. We had a wonderful time - just being there was already a pleasure but we also enjoyed food at the river, rafting and hiking tours.

The place is very beautifully located in the mountains. It is very minimalistic, with a tiny bathroom, but for a short stay we do highly recommend. The food is great (both breakfast and dinner), we would definitely come again!

Staying at this place for 4 nights was like a daydream for us and our active dog. He was so delighted by such a big space where he could run and play. We were stunned by the opportunity to enjoy the view of the mountains, the bay and the starry sky, which was incredible during the Perseid meteor shower. If you want to have a rest away from the noise and crowds of tourists on the coast then this place has everything you need - small but fully-equipped house with kitchen, shower and a lot of small cozy details. Special thanks for the lights and the wireless speaker - we could listen to music all the time anywhere in the garden, which helped create the right atmosphere. The location is also excellent - just a 10-minute drive there are large stores. The wild beach is within an hour's walk. Equipped beaches with umbrellas and sun chairs are located in the charming village of Luštica, a 20-minute drive away. Marijana was very responsible and answered any of our questions very quickly.

Very unique experience :)) Liljiana is so friendly and the mushroom is amazing. She even gifted us a bottle of wine. Only remark is that the surroundings can be a bit noisy because of a busy road, but you only notice this when you are outside and ofcourse this is not something Liljiana is responsible for! :)

Dusan a été un super hôte ! Nous avons eu la Chance que son ami soit là pour nous fair la traduction en français mais il comprend très bien l'anglais. Il a été super sympa, le meilleur hôte que l'on ai eu sur tous les airbnb que l'on a déjà fait. Il a été présent avec nous du début à la fin. Si vous aimez la nature c'est idéal, il nous a fait goûter des plats typiques, la boisson typique. Il nous a initié à la survie, feu de camp, comment purifier l'eau, marche à la rivière, lance pierre... Nous avons mangé autour du feu... Si nous n'avions pas planifié notre road trip à l'avance nous serions bien restés quelques jour de plus ! Dusan, son grand père et son ami on été au top du début à la fin Merci pour tout ! Les 4 French ;)

Mara was very sweet and welcoming, she was kind to pick us up at the bus station in Žabljak and bring us back on the day of our departure. The house is cute and peaceful, you can see the stars on the sky very well during night time. Kitchen is well-equipped, so you can cook your own meals with no problem. The attic bedroom is cozy but has quite a low ceiling which can be a bit uncomfortable for taller people. The bedroom is also only accessible through a ladder, we didn’t really mind that but it’s good to mention for potential visitors. There is also a sofa bed downstairs in case you’d prefer that. Overall a great experience, we can really recommend the rafting and the black lake :)

Probably one of the best sojenicas (river houses) out there! You have a lot of privacy in the garden which a lot of them lack, and the walk to the river is magical. And so close to the beach! We really enjoyed it. :)

Loved my stay in this cozy cabin! The location was peaceful, remote, and surrounded by beautiful nature — the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The cabin itself was rustic and charming, just what I was looking for. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which made everything easy. The shower setup surprised me at first, but it actually worked great once I got used to it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet getaway in Lovćen National Park!

This is, hands down, the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Other reviewers have stated that this Airbnb was more of ‘an experience’ than simply just a place to stay, and I echo this. The wonderful hosts are incredibly respectful of your privacy whilst delivering highly personal and proactive hospitality. We visited during winter months, and the accommodation is built solidly, and easily withstood storms and high winds overnight. The hot tub was tended to by the hosts each morning and was always ready to go. The interior furnishings are well thought-out and very comfortable. We were able to access the property (despite the slightly ‘tricky’ access road) without any issues by using a standard hatchback-style rental car. Overall, a truly incredible service provided by a lovely host family, and a brilliant experience overall. We can’t wait to come back in the future. Thank you so much!

endroit merveilleux, la vue est splendide! amateur de calme et de tranquillité, l'endroit est parfait pour cela. le logement est fonctionnel et de qualité. quant à nos hôtes, ils ont été parfait et nous on meme fait l'honneur de nous guider et nous accompagner sur plusieurs point de vue et lac. nous recommandons vivement le gîte....encore merci à nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse, ça nous a beaucoup touché.

We had an unforgettable stay at this magical cabin in the heart of the Montenegrin forest. The cabin is beautifully designed, clean, and fully equipped – from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy bedding, fast Wi-Fi, and even a smart TV. The spacious garden was perfect for the kids to run around and for us to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Our host was absolutely amazing – kind, attentive, and full of valuable tips for exploring Montenegro. Thanks to his local insights, we discovered places we would have never found on our own. This place was the perfect combination of nature, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We truly felt at home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and authentic experience in Montenegro. Très jolie cabane avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. La vue est magique et l’environnement paisible. L’accueillant est chaleureux et authentique ! Je recommande vivement !

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Sofias Garden und es wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein! Bije ist eine tolle und herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns wieder sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Wenn man einen Tipp braucht oder etwas fehlt, ist sie sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Das Haus ist eigentlich für vier Personen zu klein, da wir allerdings ohnehin immer im wundervollen Garten sitzen, wenn wir da sind, ist es völlig ausreichend. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, Bett und Schlafsofa ziemlich gemütlich. Die Sitzplätze im Garten sind prima verteilt, sodass man sich bei erhöhtem Ruhebedarf auch mal separieren kann. Manchmal war uns der Verkehr auf der Straße etwas viel, aber irgendwie müssen die Leute ja an den Strand kommen .. :-) Extrem gute Vibes bei Bije!!

Ein paradiesischer Ort, den man am liebsten nicht mehr verlassen möchte. Ruhe, Natur und Idylle pur. Die Tiny Houses sind sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Fernglas sowie Fahrräder und Kanus, mit denen man die traumhafte Umgebung und Tierwelt erkunden kann. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Alles top, vielen Dank für die unvergesslichen Tage! 💯👍😎

Perfect little hideaway. Stars at night out the back window were amazing, cool fresh crisp mountain air, faint cowbell in distance and birds singing everywhere were amazing. Close access to hiking trails. Morning breakfast on deck looking out into pastures and mountains with sun warming face and body was beautiful.

Thank you Savo for welcoming us and sharing some of the beauty of Montenegro with us. This is a MUST if you’re visiting Montenegro. The bungalows are situated in the most beautiful location with mountain views and very near Durmitor National Park. Savo was a wonderful host— really recommend an ATV ride with him. 100% would book again.

Die Unterkunft ist der Wahnsinn, super liebevoll eingerichtet und extrem sauber! Minire und ihr Mann sind SUPER LIEB! Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns mit ihrem Auto an der Strasse abgeholt sodass wir einfach nur hinterher fahren mussten. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit, haben uns einen Kaffe und Bier angeboten. Einfach tolle Unterkunft, tolle Leute und der kleine eigene Garten der Holzhütte rundet das alles noch ab. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen❤️

Diese Unterkunft war genau wie in der Beschreibung aufgeführt und ein einzigartiges Erlebnis, das wir jeden Naturfreund empfehlen können! Vorab muss man sagen, dass der Weg bis zur Unterkunft etwas steil und schwierig mit dem Auto zu fahren ist - bitte aufmerksam und am besten nicht bei Nacht fahren. Aber einmal oben angekommen, erwartet einen ein authentisches osmanisches Haus mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick über die Bucht von Kotor. Viele verschiedene und süße Haustiere erwarteten und hier, und da wir Katzenliebhaber sind war es für und sehr schön. Unsere hosts Srdjan und Olga waren super zuvorkommend und freundlich, offen für Fragen, Empfehlungen und einen flexiblen Check-In. Olga hatte uns sogar ein beiden Tagen ein lokales und sehr leckeres Frühstück zubereitet. Vielen Dank ihr beiden und immer gerne wieder!

Perfetto per visitare il Durmitor. A 5km dal Black Lake. Comodo per il Canyon sul Tara. L’host è disponibile per organizzare visite guidate. Casa pulitissima e profumata. Piccola cucina con l’indispensabile per poter cucinare qualcosa. Parcheggio nella proprietà. Consigliatissimo

Marko & his wife are amazing hosts! They are very friendly and always ready to help and give some advice! Marko responds quickly. They even helped us to order some pizzas. The villa was amazing and as described. We had a great time and would like to come again! 😊
