We came to Aptos to celebrate our anniversary. Our trip was fantastic - we loved Anthony's place. It had everything we needed to have a truly memorable stay. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed a perfectly peaceful stay at Ann’s! We couldn’t have asked for a better location with the aquarium, shops, restaurants, and beaches within walking distance. The bed was comfy, cozy interior, beautiful gardens. Just the perfect spot!

I loved my stay at Pajaro Dunes. The only thing you could hear was the ocean. Easy beach access for long walks. Not crowded. Lovely space. Exactly what I needed!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen and it was fun to spend some time enjoying the view.

We loved staying at Jane's beautiful home. The place was super comfortable, spacious and clean. The ocean views from the living room were amazing. The outdoor fire pit was a great touch, and we'd often sit out there at night listening to the waves and the harbor seals resting on the beach. Jane is a great host, proactive and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. It felt like home from the start, and the location was perfect, we had everything walking distance. We definitely recommend this beautiful home for a family vacation!

Excellent location. Exactly on the beach close enough to hear the tide coming in and out and the roar of the ocean. It is a basement unit and there was a very large family above us, But the children went to bed at about 9 and the noise never bothered us. There were only a few decaf pods of Nesspresso. So bring your own coffee or tea. I brought instant coffee for us. The kitchen is very cute, but of course basic which is fine. Yes, there is a lot of traffic outside of the window, but it didn’t bother me at all. There was a triathlon going on. It was a lifelong dream to stay in the Venetian court. It’s beautiful and historic. It’s expensive, but you are paying for the location and the historic element. My husband is well over 6 feet tall and he had a bit of discomfort with a low doorways and ceilings. We were able to walk back from Shadowbrook restaurant. We took their car service there. Overall, a dreamy place if you can afford it and remember to bring your own coffee.

Terri's place is fresh and clean. It appears to be recently renovated, with gorgeous interior design, an open kitchen, and lovely landscaping. This was definitely one of the cleanest Air BnB's we have stayed in. Pristine inside and out. The kitchen is well appointed and had all of the appliances/cooking utensils we needed. The garden is gorgeous (there's that word again) and gets a lot of comments from people walking the river. A beautiful stroll along the river path gets you to the shops and restaurants at the esplanade. We cannot wait to return! Something not in Terri's control (obviously) is the traffic. Bring your patience every time you leave the location in your vehicle. Capitola and the surrounding towns were not designed for the sheer amount of people who come visit, so every outing in a car is slow going. Just enjoy the view and plan ahead.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and there was plenty of space for me and my friends to hang out and relax when we stayed! The hosts were extremely responsive and the place was easy to find.

Exquisite place to stay! The perfect serene home base for spending time in and near Carmel -- just as special as the pictures. And the hosts included all sorts of thoughtful touches that made all the difference. Highly recommended!

When we arrived the maid was parked in the driveway and still cleaning the house. She came running out when i said "whos cars this?" Because depending on how you park, the driveway will fit 2 small cars. This house is beautiful. I don't want to leave. there's a view from both sides of the house & up stairs. it right across the street from twin lakes beach. the windows set up is very updated. the skylight actually open and the have shutters that open & closes by pushing a button. Also I love the fact that there's tvs in every room. The only things I would add is more body mirrors and bigger pots and pans. Other than those 2 things the place is perfect. oh & maybe a bathtub. But the showers are beautiful too. The hotub is in a location where you can see the ocean ,but the street can't see you. I highly recommend this House. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful peaceful stay for our time exploring Monterey and Big Sur! We loved being able to walk right down to the beach! Perfect spot for our family to spend a long weekend trip.

We had a wonderful few days staying at this beautiful house. The view from the top floor bedroom is incredible - we were able to see otters in the water and even whales spouting in the distance. It’s also a very easy, family friendly, 9 minute walk to Monterey Aquarium. It’s a quiet neighbourhood and an easy walk to a great grocery store and coffee shops and breakfast spots.

What a peaceful place. We had a great short visit and hope we can come again! The place is even better than the photos. We spent hours watching the birds, ocean and sun set and rise. It was great that we could bring our dog along too!

Evan's place met our expectations. It has a great view of the many, many surfers at work right across the street as well as the steady stream of pedestrians. This is a very comfortable place. Very clean. Evan supplies a detailed list and review of coffee shops and Restaurants, and suggestions of many things to do. Evan was quick to respond to an issue with the hot tub and get it taken care of. Highly recommended.

Joanne and Nicole’s apartment was very spacious, and both David and I had more than enough room to relax and enjoy our time. The home theater was such a special treat, and we really appreciated the helpful information they provided about nearby restaurants. On top of that, they generously left snacks and even pasta sauce for us, which made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor hot tub was warm, clean, and incredibly cozy, making our stay even more relaxing. The instructions they gave were very clear and easy to follow, which helped everything go smoothly from the moment we arrived. They also placed a very easy-to-understand guidebook inside the apartment, so we could quickly find anything we needed without any confusion. Thanks to their thoughtful setup and care, we were able to fully relax and enjoy a slow and peaceful two-night, three-day stay.

407 Seascape is the best unit I’ve stayed at at seascape resort. The view was awesome and the interior of the unit was beautiful. It was squeaky clean and looked like it had recently been remodeled. David was a great host and was very responsive. All the small details made us feel right at home. I will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kristina’s condo! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kristina was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this Airbnb – we’d definitely stay here again!

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

¡Muy buen departamento para hospedarse en Watsonville!. El lugar es muy cómodo y bonito, con todo el equipamiento necesario para pasar una estancia muy cómoda y agradable en familia o amigos. Es tal como se describe en la publicación. A unos 10 minutos en auto del centro de Watsonville. Es una muy buena opción para hospedarse relativamente cerca de Carmel o Monterrey. Soojin fue muy amable y siempre estuvo al pendiente. Recomendamos mucho este alojamiento y sin lugar a dudas volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

This was the first air bnb i’ve ever stayed and it was great. the view was beyond beautiful. There was so many things offered to us like boogie boards, board games, and other family fun. Definitely recommend staying here. It’s so peaceful, you can hear the waves crashing from the ocean while sitting on the couch. I will definitely be returning!!
