Amazing stay with an even more amazing host. Jonathan prepared us a delicious dinner for an affordable price which was very convenient after a long day of driving and hiking. Would absolutely stay here again for the view alone.

Jean’s place is VERY special! We loved our tucked away little home in the hills of Monte Verde. Milton was super friendly and helped us get situated right away at the house. Our favorite part was the on site jungle walk around the property, horses, and the cutest little puppy!! It did get a bit warm in the middle of the day but we had plenty of fans to keep us cool. Electricity is sometimes a little spotty but was never a problem. Milton was very responsive and helpful to anything we needed. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area :)

We all loved our stay! The place is so close to everything! We got to visit cloud forest and local shops. All of Nohelia’s food recommendations were spot on! She was even helping me plan things to do before we got there, which I really appreciated! Place was clean and decorated very cute. We were a small group, but I would love to visit again with more people because there was so much space. Thank you again!

Veronica’s place is so beautiful! The view of Monteverde is unbeatable - stunning sunsets and mountainous expanses. I stayed here with two of my friends on our girls trip and we had tons of space. The house is very close to Santa Elena and all of the activities we had planned. The gated entrance made us feel secure and the surroundings are incredibly peaceful. If you’re renting a car for your trip, beware that the Monteverde roads can be rough, but it’s absolutely worth it for the stunning scenery!

Excelente apartamento. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro a pie, en un barrio muy tranquilo y seguro. El apartamento es súper cómodo, lindo y espacioso. Sin dudas volvería. Gracias Carlos y Sharon por todo, nos encantó.

I truly cannot say enough good words about Beth and her place … surpassed our expectations in every single way!!! Being in Monteverde is an experience as unique as this home. It is like a very fancy three story tree house with gorgeous woods and 2 spectacular patios looking out to the mountains & her property with lush vegetation and stunning garden. And Beth herself matches the home … GORGEOUS… the kind of truly genuine, giving, caring, lively & passionate person that you don’t run across often in this life. We are forever grateful for our stay in her dream home. She welcomed us with homemade banana bread I wish would never run out! Then homemade berry/lemonade & bowl of tons of fresh local fruit. Beth even let us know about an incredible fun local event one of the nights we were there. Made us feel like we were totally part of the community . We definitely consider the is our home away from home in stunning Monteverde!!! We adore you, Beth!!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Casa Solar. Very peaceful and quiet location tucked into the woods and away from the hubbub of Santa Elena and Monteverde. We saw more wildlife at Casa Solar than during our hikes at two of the local reserves. Our host, Heather, lives nearby and responded quickly to questions we had about the water heater and washer operation. Her checkin and driving instructions were detailed and accurate. Everything was as described and neat and clean when we arrived. The road to Casa Solar, like many of the roads in the area, is unpaved with steep hills and potholes so if you are driving it's best to have an awd/4wd vehicle with extra ground clearance.

El alojamiento de Andrea es estupendo. Fácil de llegar, con buena seguridad, y con todos los elementos necesarios para pasar una excelente estadía. Una nota aparte para Andrea. Fue una host realmente excelente. Siempre un paso adelante. Seguramente, la mejor host desde que usamos Airbnb. Absolutamente recomendable. Muchísimas gracias y espero que podamos volver.

This place was amazing! We woke up each morning to all sorts of birds and butterflies just out the floor to ceiling windows! It was very private and felt secluded and safe. It was easy to walk to local restaurants and stores. Adrian perfectly arranged 2 days of activities for us that went nearly seamlessly. We had one issue with a third party transportation company and Adrián was very responsive and even planned to pick us up himself if transportation failed to arrive the next day. The bed was comfortable and accommodations were in near perfect condition. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay while in Monteverde.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay. Beautiful view of sunset and we even saw a Toucan and green parrots. The hosts were very helpful with recommendations and helping to book our activities. Highly recommended!

Wir waren für 3 Nächte in der gemütlichen, authentischen Unterkunft von Yesenia und haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Terrasse mit tollen Ausblick, bequemes Bett, sauberes Badezimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche, Supermarkt und Restaurant fußläufig. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Nähe. Können wir wärmsten weiterempfehlen!

Beautiful place, the views are incredible. We saw toucans in the tree right next to the terrace and were visited by a troop of capuchin monkeys one morning who were jumping and playing on the roof and trees surrounding us. House was clean and well kept. Host super responsive and helpful and was extremely prompt with resolving an issue we had. Thanks for a great stay, one of the highlights of our honeymoon for sure!

Der Aufenthalt bei Marcela war super. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet, es lagen sogar ein paar Brettspiele bereit. Die Aussicht auf den Regenwald war einfach schön.

Excellent apartment, with nice views. Very clean. A bit tricky to find. Quite noisy, so the included ear plugs come in handy. Overall, we would recommend this apartment.

We had a great stay! The place was super clean and just like the pictures—no surprises. It was a short and easy drive into town, making it a convenient spot for exploring the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Where can I start....This is my first time to La Fortuna and we had a great vacation with the help of Gregory. Gregory's is a great host and his property is one of a kind which suits well for La Fortuna environment with lot of nature to enjoy inside his property. He helped in almost everything including recommending a nice Chef Gabriel.

Modern place with great view. Deyanira and Gustavo were very good hosts! They made sure we didn't miss anything. They even suggested activities nearby. Highly recommended.

Her får en mye for pengene. Leiligheten vi bodde i var fin. Den lå fredelig til. Ingen støy. Samtidig en kort spasertur til sentrum. En god restaurant like ved. Området hadde god trygg parkering. Jeg vil definitivt anbefale dette stedet. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake. Det beste stedet jeg har bodd på i La Fortuna. Kan anbefales. Aircondition og velutstyrt kjøkken. Sengene var gode. Sofaen og tv var upåklagelig. Vi hadde det helt supert. Tusen takk for oss.

El alojamiento fue exactamente como estaba descrito. La zona es muy tranquila, perfecta para desconectarse del mundo y descansar. Estuve allí con mi familia y todos disfrutamos muchísimo. Las camas son súper cómodas y todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver.

Awesome place with beautiful views. Restaurant downstairs has excellent food and drinks.

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral gelegen und bietet alles, was man braucht. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es einen Parkplatz, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Wir konnten sogar sehr früh einchecken, da es uns gesundheitlich nicht so gut ging – das war eine grosse Hilfe. Auch die flexible Verlängerung unseres Aufenthalts hat wunderbar geklappt. Veronika ist eine grossartige Gastgeberin und hat uns ihre Unterstützung bei Übersetzungen angeboten, als wir einen medizinischen Zwischenfall hatten. Vielen Dank für alles!

Great place right in the centre of La Fortuna. Very secure apartment - had everything we needed! Would highly recommend
