Lone Cone Cabin, 16 miles to Mesa Verde

Lone Cone cabin @ Kokopelli Cabins is one of two cabins on the property and are new as of Feb. 2018. We look forward to each and every guest. Come enjoy a day or two at Mesa Verde, Hovenweep National park, Mcphee lake (less than 5 min away) River, bike trails, hiking trails. In the winter ski areas within an hour some 2 hours away. Snowshoeing trails and so much more! Telluride, Durango, Rico, Ouray are all close for a day trip. Cabin has a queen bed in bedroom & a new sleeper sofa.

The 4 Corners Tiny House

Welcome to the 4 Corners Tiny House! Stocked kitchen, convection/microwave, dual hot plate, large farmhouse sink. Full size loft bed with new mattress. Memory foam futon (some folks say it’s mildly comfortable) that will also fold for additional sleeping surface. Full size bathroom & shower with on-demand hot water heater. Everything is handcrafted and beautiful in this place. There is a short path to the house with a deck, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs out front with awesome views.

Little House on 8th Street is cozy and comfortable

Dolores, CO is located on the banks of McPhee Lake, 2nd largest lake in Colorado. Our house has recently updated interior, freshly painted inside and outside. Very cozy, comfortable and appealing. Grass lawns front and back with a brand new 8'x16' deck at the back door. The house is located less than 100 yards from the Dolores River, good fishing, swimming, kayaking and breathtakingly beautiful! Immediately emptying into McPhee Lake. Abundance of NF, bike trails, big game hunting!

The Jolly Rancher-Clint Eastwood Yurt

This is a 30 foot in diameter pet friendly yurt. Sleeps five; one queen, one twin bed and a new queen pull out sofa. Full kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room and dining area all separated by walls but not doors. Has outdoor fire ring with swings, chairs and barbque grill. Propane heater for cool seasons and cooler for summer. Sits on 12 acres with view of pastures and mountains. Animals pastured during the summer months. Shadow the cat will greet you with lots of love!
