Good Location

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Felt like a home from home. The bed was very comfy. The area is very safe and most things are in walking distance. Federales across the road was great. We would recommend staying here.

Exceeded our expectations, location was great as we walked everywhere, the amenities were excellent, communication with Renee were above and beyond. Highly recommend and would definitely return. Thanks

Really stunning apartment; the digital locks were a game changer, came for a few days for a girly road trip, really easy to get around Nashville and so nice to have a short safe walk home in the evening from the strip! Could not have picked a better location, the apartment was immaculate and really beautifully decorated with a comfy bed to match! The amenities in the condo were fabulous and it was great to laze by the pool for a few hours and there are communal BBQs too! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Had a little issue with WiFi and Forest was super quick to sort and discuss with us! 10/10 if you are looking to go to Nashville absolutely you need to stay here!

Very fun place place for all ages, with perfected location. Had a rainy morning on the the trip and the building has all the amenities and cool common areas if you have the time! will be back

We had a long trip and grabbed Steven’s place for the night! We got in late and Steven was so helpful making sure we got there safely and got into the apartment. It is a beautiful space and had everything we needed for our quick trip!

Like others have said, Meredith’s place was immaculate and perfect! Everything was spotlessly clean. She had everything you could possibly need. The only thing I didn’t see was deodorant. It was simply amazing. Yeah, it can be noisy in the old building and yes the trains for run quite frequently, but it’s not enough to detract from this incredible apartment. I’ve stayed at countless hotels and Airbnb’s before, and this place was easily the best. We absolutely will book again the next time we finish Nashville.

Bekah’s place was super easy to find. The surrounding area was neat being right along the river and having the balcony to enjoy it. There was some construction near by, but was not an issue at all. Bekah’s place was perfect for what we came for. The walk to downtown was super easy and it wasn’t too crowded. It was a 20 minute walk. I could see how someone might be a little uncomfortable at night, if alone, but the two of us didn’t feel threatened and it was quite peaceful. It was overall a great location and nice place to stay. We would love to stay at Bekah’s place for our next visit to Nashville!

We came to Nashville for my nephew’s graduation from Belmont University! Great time with family!

My husband gifted me a night here so I could safely crash after a concert at Brooklyn Bowl. Instructions to get in were clear and easy. I didn't need it, but I loved that there were products there already for makeup removal. Checkout requests were reasonable and easy to follow. It was clean, cute. and comfy!

This Airbnb was an absolute hidden gem! David was amazing in planning and coordinating our stay! The condo was exactly how is was described and shown within the photos of the add! We were even able to communicate/coordinate a decorator to go into the unit and decorate prior to the brides arrival to add a little more celebration, but definitely not needed! The unit has great wall signs and decorations for photo ops! We will be sure to book again next time in Nashville!

River view and wildlife were great!

I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location to the stadium & entertainment district . We would definitely stay here again .

Tricia was friendly and communicative! Our Air BnB was in a great location - easy Uber ride to Broadway St. Everything was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and evening! I recommend this place! Thank you!

We stayed here for a girls trip - it was perfect. Place is clean and comfortable. Walkable to all the great food and shopping 12 South offers. Ubers were quick (4-5 minute wait at the most each time) and they had no trouble locating us, plus it felt safe in a friendly neighborhood. If we go back to Nashville, we will definitely stay with Louie at The Dolly again.

I had an amazing stay at Brody’s place in Nashville! The home was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Everyone had their own private space and the rooftop deck was phenomenal, even during the rain. Brody was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. He even shared some great local recommendations that my family thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect: close to all the action downtown but still peaceful and relaxing. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!

We had a fantastic stay! Kristin gave us plenty of suggestions and always responded promptly to make sure we were comfortable! Best stocked snacks I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. You can tell she really takes provide in providing a great place and an even better experience!

Terri is the consummate hostess. She is gracious, personable, and very responsive. She has a helpful, easy-to-read, information booklet for her guests with great recommendations of nearby places to visit. (We LOVED Radnor Lake State Park!) Her cottage is charming, welcoming, and beautifully furnished and decorated. Beds were clean and comfy; the kitchen well laid out and supplied. It's in a very lovely neighborhood, close to stores, restaurants, and freeway access. We loved the garden with all its flowers blooming and birds singing in the trees. A big plus was the covered patio - an inviting place for a cup of morning coffee or glass of afternoon wine. It was big enough for us to stretch out for our yoga, and so well protected that we sat out there to enjoy a rainstorm one afternoon. Delightful!

Wonderful place and close to the airport and Nashville. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms. Living areas inside the house were great and the upstairs patios off the bedrooms were absolutely amazing. We loved the place and it was perfect for our group celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday with family and friends!

This place perfectly suited our group of 8 adults (4 couples). We loved the layout and location. The home was well stocked, clean, and nicely decorated. We used every area of the home and had enough room that we never felt cramped in any space. We enjoyed our time in downtown Nashville (our primary reason for our visit), but looked forward to coming back to a space that was enjoyable to rest and relax. The owners were pleasant to communicate with and got us in a little earlier than the standard check-in time since our flight arrived early that day. I would highly recommend this place to any future guests. Note: We are a group of "puzzlers," so we enjoyed putting the Nashville puzzle together, although some pieces were missing. It made it more challenging, and our goal was to finish it before we left. Goal accomplished!
