Our stay was incredible. Our bungalow was perfect for us. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. The animals on the ranch were fun to interact with. We had our dog with us and took him walking every morning around the property. We loved that it had a large covered front porch and fenced in backyard for our pup. The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and well stocked. We will be back again and next time I’ll take the grandkids. I would highly recommend this wonderful bungalow for a fantastic getaway. If you have a group looking to ride OHV at Peach Valley or Dry Creek, this location is perfect. Plenty of room in the house to spread out for a good size group, nice hot tub, and all the things you would need. The host was very responsive for any needs prior to our arrival as well as once we were there.

So grateful for this option while we build our small spot in paonia. Would be difficult to do without folks like Sandy! 🙏 and she lets us come with our enormous dogs! 🐶

We had a relaxing stay at this lovingly restored Victorian Airbnb. Classical music and soft lighting awaited us upon entering this cozy home. My husband said that the bed was one of the most comfortable he ever slept in. There was a family of deer that frolicked in the yard in the morning and at dusk. The views from the back yard were spectacular! We appreciated the extremely well stocked kitchen and numerous cozy spaces that were created throughout this historic home.

We loved our time in Montrose and Brittni’s house made us feel right at home! I’m an Airbnb host myself and was literally taking notes on how we can improve our place! Thanks for hosting us and we would definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay at Daniel’s homes in Montrose and everything was great!

I have to say what a great stay I had at Dan and Patti’s place was! I come out to Paonia a couple times of the year to visit with my son and two grand babies. I needed a specific place to stay this time with extra people. I can only describe the location as Very private and peaceful. Perfect size for the amount of people we had. The play room was the biggest hit for the little ones. The kids played there the whole stay. They also played outside on the swingset which was so convenient to have. Having everything provided for essentials like bedding, dishes and cleaning supplies was wonderful. One of the best parts of the stay was the amazing views though. I would definitely stay there again!!

Fun spot upstairs with views of all the avenue. Great windows for light and cozy accommodations. We really enjoyed the city, too.

Comfortable, peaceful, and beautiful. In addition to having everything we needed as on the listing there were lots of thoughtful little touches too like a nightlight in the bathroom, lots of towel racks, Kleenex, and bedside water glass. Hummingbirds outside our door in the flowers every day, watching chickens do their thing, and visits from sweet kitty Shadow made it extra special.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Fort Austin. This was a perfect getaway for both of us and our dog. Tim was very friendly and he even made a fire for all his guests the last night that we were staying there. I can't wait to go back to Fort Austin and relax with the serene views and mountain alpenglow. This is an absolute gem and a perfect place to escape for the week or weekend. Thanks Tim!

This is one of our favorite stays ever. Tori's loft is sunny, charming, comfortable, and well appointed (without being cluttered). The beds are excellent and the kitchen is very functional! The little patio is relaxing in the afternoons and we love the creek running behind. Our high energy dog loves it here too as we've been able to throw the ball for him out in their hayfield and wear him out, then let him take a dip in the water. We love it so much here that we've stayed 2 months and will look forward to our next visit.

Place was quiet and clean, had everything you need. We loved that the door is code locked so doesn’t matter what time you arrive. Internet speed was great. Fridge didn’t stay very cold so don’t plan on keeping food in there, but worked decent for water/drinks. Host was responsive and kind.

Beautiful Accommodation, felt at home, well equipped, great hosts. Would recommend to others, hope to stay again!

My girlfriend and i really enjoyed our stay here, it was extremely peaceful and relaxing. The outdoor kitchen area was a great place to spend some time together and the hot tub was much needed!
