Less than a mile from Lake St. George Brewing Company, John’s Ice Cream, and Lori’s Café, the state park and boat launch is also less than three miles away. First floor has 1 bedroom (queen bed), a full bathroom, full kitchen with all essentials, and utility room with a washer and a dryer. The second floor has a half bath and three bedrooms (king, and two queen beds).

The Cottage rests over the end of Penobscot River as it opens into the Bay. The Cottage will comfortably accommodate two. The Cottage has a spacious bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, den and an all season porch with rockers. From Cottage there are views of the water and the lavender gardens. The gardens are terraced with a path down to the sea. The Carriage House Suite is available for an additional fee. it has has two bedrooms, a full bath and a sitting area. It can easily sleep four.

Hike trails, kayak, fishing, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing then return to your little space to relax & enjoy! Majestic private waterfront Tipi * on a lake. Quiet nature oasis with hot tub, woodstove, firepit, modern grill, and all the essentials. Ice skate or xc-ski across the frozen lake and watch the bald eagles fly overhead, or relax in the Adirondack chairs in front of the bonfire while you make smores and cook dinner on the grill or over the open fire, then snuggle up inside the tipi while you listen to vintage vinyl and let the owls hoot you to sleep. *Tipi closed March-April.

The private front deck is the perfect spot for a sunset cocktail after a day of swimming and kayaking from the sandy beach.
