Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

The studio features a comfortable queen-size bed (160×200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen (compact but with everything you need), and a bathroom with a shower. It is suitable for one or two guests. Note: The apartment is not suitable for elderly guests due to narrow stairs.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der schönen Aussicht von der Dachterrasse und des geräumigen Wohnbereiches. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Geschäftsreisende, Familien (mit Kindern) und große Gruppen. Gäste aus jedem Land sind willkommen.
