Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine in the bathroom. Close to the NTNU.

Delvis oppusset innvendig med tre soverom, kjøkken, stue, bad og toalett. I nærområde finner man fotballstadion, sandstrender, butikker, kafeer, bibliotek, kino og badeland. Mange fine turmuligheter både i nærområdet, og toppturer i Sunnmørsalpene. Fint med tur til Runde og lundefugl, eller til Ålesund for å nyte bylivet.
