Great Place to stay right in the middle of town, close to shops and places to eat and easy walk across to park and pier. Very nice place to stay and quiet, well set out and plenty of room. Can recommend Harbour View as a great place to stay.

Nice, clean 2bed unit right next to the beach and close to the shops and food in Mordialloc.

Amazing location directly across from the park and beach, with the pub down the road. very easy check in, the kids loved the provided toys to play with after the very long drive.

From the get go Leanne was wonderful to deal with. She was accommodating and really nice. Even got a sweet welcome gift. Her place was literally across the road from the beach and pier. You have beautiful views from the kitchen, living and balcony of the beach. Located close to everything, with restuarants and IGA a literal minute walk away. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay again if coming to St Leonard's and recommend it here.

Pictures don't do Janette's place justice - Everything was immaculate and we really loved staying here! A lot of little touches throughout the home like the bed heater made the whole place very comfy and it was greatly appreciated. Janette was responsive and very helpful as well.

We loved the interior of the unit, outside needs improving. Sofia was very nice helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Access to beach could not be better.

Our stay at this holiday house was nothing short of magical. It was literally a heaven on earth! The breathtaking nature views surrounding the property made every moment feel peaceful and rejuvenating. Amazing stay amazing place and amazing host! Close to everything and had the best time we found it a tiny bit pricey for just 2 of us as it was so big! But was so relaxing and if you had 2 family's sharing the cost it's well worth it! The view is to die for!

We loved our stay at this place. It was spacious and comfortable. We were walking distance to the beach and we had everything we needed for our stay. Vanessa was flexible and accommodating. Check in was easy. The late check out time was amazing. It was just perfect for a weekend trip with the family. We will definitely be back

They had an awesome time playing and swimming, and we loved how peaceful and relaxing the area was. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

If you have someone who is a wheelchair user or just needs help getting up stairs ect then this place is for you! My mum is fighting cancer so she uses an oxygen tank and a wheelchair for assistance, the stair chair was amazing to get her upstairs, it saved her so much energy and made the stay so worth it ❤️ The photos on the listing of the views do not do it justice, we spent most of our time upstairs and on the balcony looking out to the ocean, it was truly the stay of a lifetime. The kitchen and the house in general is so well equipped, everything you could possibly need is there and we found that so useful especially for a big family like ours. The beach access out the back gate is just awesome, we saw so much wildlife including penguins, shearwaters that nest around the area and so many wallabies! Thankyou Deb and Mary, what a wonderful space you have down in Ventnor. We won’t hesitate to book this again!!!

This property gave us a beautiful stay. It is bright and spacious with amazing amenities and a stunning backyard. The home i well equipped and Stephen was very responsive when we needed assistance. The home is beautifully decorated and we had an amazing time. It is so serene and we had a restful time with our friends and family. The property is located near amenities and tourist sites. We highly recommend this property and we will definitely visit it in the future.

a great place to getaway for the weekend :) my partner and i stayed at maggie’s place for our fifth anniversary. it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. we loved the apartment’s decor and views. we also loved that everything was an easy walking distance. judy was an excellent host too :) she was so sweet and helpful!! as a first time user of airbnb, she has definitely set a high standard for hosts. :)

Loved being able to walk across the road to the beach and not too far to supermarket and cafes. Loved the backyard with lots of birds in the trees - unexpected nature so close to a highway and that it was pretty quiet.
