Absolutely lovely property! Everything felt brand new and spotlessly clean. Well equipped, with everything you need to feel comfortable. We appreciated the nice quality linens and pillows. Beautifully constructed. We had a couple of questions, and Mark was very responsive and accommodating. It is easy walking distance into town, with a great bagel and coffee shop just up the street. Nice not to have to deal with parking to get to the shops and cafes. There is a tight, spiral staircase to get upstairs and low doorframes into the bedrooms, if that is a concern (we now understand the "Hobbit" House reference ). But my husband is 6'2" and he loved the house, and did not mind watching his head. The ceilings in the rooms are vaulted and gorgeous. 100% would recommend the stay!

David’s place is even better than the photos. Charming, FULLY stocked with kitchen supplies, roomy and well cared for. We enjoyed using the fireplace and cooking in the kitchen, which has anything you could need, including spices.

We loved our stay at The Blu in Palm Springs. My family of 6 had plenty of space and we all enjoyed the gorgeous pool and lounge chairs. The mid-century vibe was super fun. Thanks for an amazing stay, we will be back!

Our stay at Robin's Nest was absolutely wonderful! The cabin is well decorated and has a cozy mountain feel to it. The view is incredible; words cannot describe how breathtaking the view is. There is plenty of outside, comfortable furniture to sit on the back deck and enjoy the view. There are two rockers on the front porch which were perfect to enjoy morning coffee. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of extra blankets if needed. The linens in the bathrooms were fresh and clean and were plentiful for our family of five. We only left the cabin once in our three day stay because we had everything we needed. The fenced backyard was large enough for snow play! We even enjoyed the hammock in the winter! The kitchen is large and well equipped; we made all of our meals with ease. The host provided a welcome basket with waters, snacks, local maps, and a bottle of wine. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Big Bear!

This was our second time staying at this wonderful cabin, and it won’t be our last! The peaceful and quiet surroundings are absolutely stunning---nature is truly brought right to your doorstep. We especially loved the thoughtful personal touches, like the oat milk in the fridge, the cozy dog bed for our furry friend, and the well-stocked bird feeders that brought an array of birds and squirrels to the cabin each morning. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was as gracious and accommodating as ever. It’s clear they take great care to make their guests feel at home. If you’re looking for a serene retreat with all the comforts and charm you could hope for, this is it. Highly recommend!

Sam's house was perfect! There was ample space, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool area was spacious and lots of fun, and the bathrooms were immaculate - it was perfect for my husband, my brother and sister in law, their 2 kids and our dogs. Everyone had a blast! I would highly recommend staying here. Sam's instructions were also very clear and if we ever needed anything he was quick to respond. He was extremely accommodating of our early arrival too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sam! We hope to be back soon.

Can’t say enough about how beautiful and cozy this house was. Felt so peaceful to be there and our family loved it, we all had such a comfortable and amazing time it felt just like home. There is a zoo about 3 mins away from the house which is amazing when you go with kids, everything was pretty close to the house, restaurants, stores, etc.. the beds were really comfortable and warm. William answer all my questions really fast. Butch the guy that greeted us was really nice and gave us a tour to the house and explained everything to us.. I can go on and on about the amazing experience we had… definitely 10 out of 10 so glad we pick this house.

Charlie's place was simply amazing! This was a staycation getaway for my wife's bday and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was quiet, private and plenty big for our party of 6 with lots of seating and space for entertainment. We were also lucky enough to enjoy a full day of snowfall which was a huge factor in visiting Big Bear. Of course we took advantage and did some sledding just out front, built a snowman, and took lots of pictures. If visiting during winter/snowfall snow chains are a must and I would highly recommend bringing your own shovel to help clear the stairs and more importantly clear a path for your car. We weren't able to park in the driveway due to the snow but the walk up was not as bad as some have noted (my 5 year-old had no issues)Lastly, the location of Charlie's place sits at a slightly higher elevation vs the "downtown" area which was great as i noticed we received snow fall when at home vs none when i drove into town. We'll definitely be back!

The place was perfect! Spacious, comforting, and exactly what me and my wife needed for the stay. Easy communicating with the host as well, anytime I travel to this area I hope I have the opportunity to book again!

We loved staying at the Villas! The air bnb was super comfy and spacious, not to mention how gorgeous it was. The condo is super calm and organized, there are beautiful flowers everywhere. It is super well located, within 10 mins of multiple restaurants and Empire Polo Club. Hosts were very proactive in messaging and sending instructions. Everyone was very clear from the moment we booked. They were very thoughtful, leaving a few festival care items and we loved staying at their air bnb!! Thank you so much for making this experience so great.

This Airbnb is located ideally next to La Quinta Resort. The unit is located close to the main pool and the reserved parking space is a bonus. Unit has everything needed and conveniently labeled. Overall, great unit and location.

We had an amazing stay at this property. It is quaint and lovely. They have it decorated so cute and plenty of things to do like ping pong, darts, foosball, hot tub, pool, and grills. The hosts were super responsive and checked in throughout the stay. We stayed in suite 1 and 2 and it was perfect for three of us adults.There is a king bed in one room and two fulls in the other room. Two great bathrooms and a full kitchen stocked with anything we needed. We were so pleasantly surprised at how amazing this place was. It’s close to downtown Palm Springs and there was plenty of parking. I highly recommend this property for anyone who wants something more private and quiet and wants to relax. I would give it ten stars if I could.

Nice little cabin steps from the lifts at Snow Summit. Pretty clean and well equipped. Bryan was very responsive and accommodating.

My husband and I stayed here for Coachella and it was such an amazing experience. What stood out to us was how secure the premises is and not to mention how beautiful the location is. The villa is beautiful and very spacious which was perfect for us. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

In town, walk to restaurants and stores, short drive to Snow Summit. Because of location pretty much guaranteed that roads will be cleared early. We've stayed at other places where we had to wait for the roads to be plowed.

We really liked the location, the place had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the front porch and watching people walk by on their way downtown.

Best stocked kitchen of any Airbnb I've rented! House is laid out nicely, pool and hot tub clean as well as furniture, kitchen, baths, bedrooms. Highly recommend, the photos don't do it justice! Thank you Nadia:)

We stayed with couples for 3 nights over Stagecoach. I cannot recommend Michele’s place enough. Perfect location walking distance to La Quinta Resort. It’s the area to be if you want to be close to Coachella or Stagecoach. The unit itself was gorgeous. Exactly like the photos. Beds and linens extremely comfortable. The unit has everything you could possibly need for a weekend stay. The complex has many pools, great for traveling with friends or family. There are 2 king bedded rooms with en suite bathrooms and a third room with queen bed that has a detached bathroom. Michelle’s team does an immaculate job because for as many reviews as this place has received it still feels very new and well taken care of. Last but not least, I would 100% stay again because of Michele and how accommodating and responsive she is. She was able to grant us an early check-in. One of my friends left behind a bag and Michele’s team went to the unit and shipped it back to us on the same day. Outstanding!!

My only concern about giving this fabulous place a perfect review (which definitely deserves) is that I need to make sure it's available next year for Coachella again!! It really was the perfect place for us to stay during the festival. Not just close to the event but exactly what we needed when we came home - the most comfortable beds and peaceful neighborhood to recuperate, pristine bathrooms/kitchen and a fab pool right in front to relax. I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Palm Springs home! The house was spotless, stylish, and incredibly peaceful—just what I needed for a relaxing getaway. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the outdoor space was perfect for soaking up the sun. The hosts were responsive and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and stylish retreat.

Great stay at Alisa’s. It was a blast for my family, both kids loved the pool and roamed the house freely. We played games, had a BBQ and were only a 5 min drive to the Aerial Tram! Would stay again.

I’m incredibly pleased with my first Airbnb experience especially having amazing hosts like Nick & Karen! From the beginning they were very responsive and helpful. They sent clear instructions and details right away and were always friendly. Their home is beautiful and in a safe location. It was easy to find anything needed in the home and they even have pool toys to enhance your pool use. The backyard is extremely gorgeous, spacious, and clean. It’s a great place for a family like my own, or even a group of friends. You will be very satisfied if you choose to stay in this home!
