Although, the dock is not floating, your front yard IS the water. Watch sea life frolic just beyond your deck. Enjoy barbecue's alfresco on the dock at sunset. Unwind after your day, relaxing by the "natural gas" fire pit. Bring your stand up paddle boards and launch at the neighboring launching ramp! Limitless fun!

Relax in the jacuzzi hot tub and enjoy a sunset view from your own patio outside this unique eco-friendly suite . The private bottom floor of my split level home features a fully equipped kitchenette. The suite is an ideal couple's getaway or bring the kids and roast marshmallows by the fire. My dog Colby, a friendly Australian Shepherd, lives upstairs with me.
