Great house, very cosy, lots of spaces for the kids to play, and Julie was so kind to drop over some extra toys for the kids which they loved. We also loved how easy it was to access the walking tracks for the kids on their bikes. We will stay again for sure!

Lovely! I drove by and thought "that's a gorgeous home" before realizing it was our Airbnb! Cozy comfy couches to watch TV. Great environment for a group of up to 6. Huuugeee oven! Gorg porch for photos. Even the books they had were a lovely quick read in the morning.

Overall a lovely place, spacious and comfortable. Host was very helpful and responsive. The only thing worth noting for us was how squeaky the floor boards were. This normally wouldn’t bother us but we were staying with our toddler and this made it hard to get out of the bedroom after settling her and for us to just move around while she was asleep. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay.

Easily most beautiful Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Every detail is so well thought out. As soon as we walked in we felt immediately relaxed. The amenities are on par with a high end hotel and it was super clean. Niama’s communication and recommendations are top tier. We’ve already recommended this stay to all of our friends and will definitely be returning.

This place is fantastic! A unique comfy home. Heaps of room. Super clean. Very comfy beds! I cannot think of a single criticism. it was perfection. Would happily stay again.

Alex’s place is a cute three bedroom cottage with a sprawling yard. We were in town only for one night, for a wedding, so really only spent time in the cottage for sleeping and breakfast on Sunday morning. However, sitting outside in the sun for breakfast while looking out over the garden was lovely. Newstead is peaceful and an autumnal delight. Nearby Castlemaine is vibrant with cafes young families. Would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the wonders of the region.

We had the most amazing stay here! Our dogs were in absolute heaven—there’s a beautiful pond where they spent hours swimming, a huge yard for them to explore, and plenty of space to run around. The property itself is stunning, with gorgeous surroundings that made for the most peaceful and scenic getaway. One of our favourite things was just sitting outside, enjoying the fresh air, and watching all the adorable birds flitting around—it really felt like a nature retreat. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making this place feel welcoming and comfortable, not just for humans but for our fur babies too. 🐾💛

Our stay was very comfortable with everything we needed for six adults and a child. Appreciated all the amenities available that made our stay so comfortable.

while we would arrive early, Anne was lovely, showed us the room while it wasn't ready for us, which didn't matter because we wanted to find the location first, then move on to the local area. when returning, the room was lovely, laid out and was what we were looking for. thanks Anne. A delightful experience made possible by the property's layout. The unexpected sights of kangaroos grazing at dawn and dusk added to the charm of staying here. It is the ideal place for people who enjoy peace and quiet.

A perfect quick getaway. The colour scheme is instantly calming and the entire apartment has been very tastefully put together. Very homely vibes with amazing art work, mementos of the Theatre and just a chilled atmosphere. Hearing the movie play next door was very cool - not too loud at all but reminded you of what a cool place you’re staying in. We will definitely stay again and absolutely recommend to everyone who says they are coming to Castlemaine.

We had a wonderful time , Roberta was so friendly and attentive. The decor was really lovely. The bed was comfortable and the sheets really luxurious. Everything was perfect, the location is fabulous such a short walk to town. We loved staying here and will be back again. The porch was a superhighway for the birds so delightful. Lots of attention to details to make your stay just fabulous. Loved the two bathrooms, ducted heating was cozy and warm. All our needs were covered thanks again Roberta.

We really loved staying at Juliet’s place. It was nice and private with plenty of space, and everything we needed to feel at home. It’s just down the road from the Theatre Royal and Love Shack Brewing to grab a bite and a few drinks, as well as plenty of other cafes and restaurants. Would love to come back again and check out some live music next time! Thanks Juliet for all your help making our stay so great.

A great location, close to Daylesford & Kyneton. A lovely space, suited our group, with three bedrooms and a bonus of ensuite off each bedroom. And easy dinner downstairs at restaurant. Thanks for having us!

Such a perfect place to stay, we felt right at home and would highly recommend to others. The quirky retro styling and sweets decor are divine. The space is beautifully clean and well considered. The property is so central and within walking distance to all the shops. We frequently sat out on the veranda, and with the shed door down and all the greenery from the neighbouring trees, it was a lovely peaceful place to be. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay Ellen
