Nestled in a eucalypt forest and surrounded by a vibrant array of birds and wildlife, the home is thoughtfully furnished to ensure all the comforts of a fully functional and practical home. Short stroll to the historic Heritage Centre, Noojee Hotel, Red Duck Cafe, LaTrobe River and an hour drive to Mt Baw Baw.

Try your luck down by the River flowing through the property for some fishing or hike the bush trails throughout the property.

Sawmill Cottage is fully self-contained with two bedrooms, queen size beds, lounge room, classy bathroom and well appointed kitchen. Front and back verandas and outdoor entertaining area with gas BBQ and chimenea compliment the setting. Your heritage home away from home is 34 kilometres from Mt Baw Baw on a five acre property and stands separately from the main house about 120 metres away.

Our quaint little cottage is set on a dairy farm in west Gippsland. It is self contained and provides accommodation for 1,2 , 3, or 4people.All cooking equipment is available in the kitchen and a carport is at the door. Glorious views of state forest. Suitable for children but need supervision. A coonara and fire equipment is provided, although it is essential that you bring a bag of firewood, available in the local town or petrol stations on the way.Also 2 other heaters.
