It is only a short walk to both Newmarket and Parnell shops, cafes, restaurants and galleries as well as the Domain and Museum, Auckland Hospital and the Cathedral. This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

Compact, purpose-built self-contained studio in Woodlands Park Titirangi, with a deck overlooking our lovely tranquil garden. There is a king-sized bed that can be separated into twin beds. We are located perfectly for access to Auckland’s West Coast beaches and the Waitakere Regional Park with its spectacular hills and forests and delightful Titirangi Village. Central Auckland is only 25 mins drive away. The Punga studio is small, but with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Peaceful and cosy ground floor apartment in private home with own garden. In a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment has it's own separate enterance and is totally separate from our living. One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.
