Bijou, upside down house sits in the peaceful Mount Hawke which is on the outskirts of Porthtowan and St Agnes , private parking. Village shop, post office, and Canteen's great coffee, breakfast, lunches, fire pit food. Walkable to coastal path, 2 mile drive to Porthtowan beach, 2.5 to St Agnes. Easy access to A30, making a great base. No private garden, but if you want to BBQ or sunbathe or read a book in the shade, our garden is very large with lots of private spots you are welcome to enjoy.

Driftwood Spars Pub, the restaurants, cafes, bakeries, butchers & shops of St Agnes are all easily accessible by foot or otherwise.

Amy’s Barn is the top floor of an old barn which you enter via external stairs. It is a lovely, bright flat with a separate bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. Great for a couple, a dog (+ baby). It is situated within the garden of our home, with immediate access to a quiet lane and then footpaths for walks/bikes. There is an outdoor seating for guests too. We are on the edge of the village with views of surrounding countryside, sea glimpses, St Agnes Beacon + 1.5m to Porthtowan beach.

Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

The small holding where it is located (Coosewartha) hosts it as a single site, with access to a spacious garden. The village church is 25 meters away, a Londis convenience store is located just across the road and within walking distance from the local bar & kitchen

No 17 Tregoyne, Porthtowan 5 min to beach

No 17 is a modern, newly refurbished house situated in the popular Tregoyne. A five minute walk to Porthtowan beach, village and the well known Unicorn and Blue Bar. Tregoyne is a small cluster of character challet type beach houses with a friendly community mix of permanent residents and holiday makers alike. With only a single track road in and out it makes it particularly child friendly although the house does boast a secure, gated back garden.
