Spacious two double bedroom house located in a residential area with all required amenities at your fingertips. 3.5km to Dehiwala Railway station & Mount Lavinia Beach,3km to Dehiwala Zoo, 6km to Ratmalana Airport & 14km to Colombo Fort Railway Station. Bed rooms including one with en-suite bathroom & air conditioner, separate bathroom, kitchen with cooker,fridge & freezer,toaster, microwave oven,rice cooker and all the cooking facilities with cutleries, tea/coffee facilities, washing machine.

Mount Lotus - Ground Floor

No visitors are allowed to bring inside gate or inside the house during your stays. Any delivery (food/others) you should collect from outside the gate. Air Condition is available in both rooms. No WI-FI You can take pre approval and pay additional charges for guests ($10 per person per night) Two paid Guests will get only access for One room, One bathroom, Kitchen, and Living Area. Three or Four paid guests will get access for Two rooms, Two bathroom, kitchen, and Living Area.
