‘Off Broadway' studio is a modern & well appointed one-bedroom studio. A private deck to soak up the sun, then retreat to a spacious studio inclusive of reading nook, fridge, TV (with Netflix) & free Wi-Fi. The studio includes a bathroom with a luxurious rain shower & boutique Ena body/hair products for your personal use. Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

My place is good for couples. There is only one bed room plus a sofa bed down stairs. Beauford Lodge is a peaceful semi-rural retreat, just over an hour from Melbourne, on the Mornington Peninsula. Wine, home made chocolate brownies and home made bread & jam for breakfast, (no Gluten free alternatives or other food intolerance's catered for).

Hideaway at Mt Martha Beach.

Hideaway in your own private, comfortable room, with heater and electric blanket for winter. Secluded spot across the road from a beautiful swimming snorkeling and fishing beach with a leash free area for man's best friend. Linen and towels provided, ensuite and a simple breakfast. Also have use of the BBQ. Walk to the Mt Martha village.
