Black Swan Cottage provides a unique opportunity for people who wish to experience living in Tasmania in such a beautiful location that Kingston Beach has to offer. The cottage is set on the riverbanks of Browns River with a very sunny aspect overlooking the Kingston Beach Golf Course with beautiful views of Mount Wellington. When you walk through the front gate you feel a tranquil calmness come over you when you see the river flowing past the garden with ducks and swans paddling in the water.

Designed by 1 + 2 Architects and built by VOS our home won a HIA award in 2005. Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Professionally laundered bed linen adds to the sense of luxury.

Chambls Shack

Chambls Shack provides wanderers with a slow stay, overlooking the sandy beach at Verona Sands. Chambls is a genuine shack experience, complete with 1970’s kitchen, open fireplace and light shades. Plenty of wobbly bits and sloping floors, but we’re watertight, warm and a whole load of fun. Situated 1 hour from Hobart via Huon or Channel, Chambls welcomes travellers who want to truly relax and revisit the 70’s in luxe linens, open fire and a bottle of red. Blue at Clifton Beach

Blue is a contemporary bungalow 200m from Clifton Beach. On the deck of the bungalow is a 1.8m round timber hot tub that is always hot and your to use exclusively, great in summer or winter. Blue is one of three new bungalows on a 5 acre block. We live in one, rent another and short stay Blue. You share the site but will have privacy as you wish or say hi and have a chat. Clifton is a friendly end of the road beach community.
