This is a very nice house in a safe neighborhood. The best highlight is definitely a super nice and spacious backyard, especially if traveling with pets or kids. The house was clean and comfortable. Overall excellent experience and enjoyed talking to the friendly & caring hosts too.

Sean's place was perfect for a long weekend girls trip. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of space. The townhome is walkable to Fells Point and Canton, directly across the street from the water. We enjoyed strolling around the area to grab coffee and enjoy the views in during the day, and it was easy to explore the city. There is also a rooftop, which is enjoyable for lounging around on a nice day.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

Perfect place for our stay in Germantown. Very cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and also the family room was big enough for everyone to hang out together.

Check-in was easy, and the motion-sensored lights were a nice touch when returning to the apartment at night. The pictures matched exactly, and the space was very cozy and comfortable. I had a car and was always able to find a nearby parking spot on the street, no matter what time I returned. The neighborhood was beautiful—there’s a park nearby with bikes and scooters available, a charming coffee shop with small bites, and a great Italian restaurant within walking distance that the host recommended. My stay in D.C. was delightful! Would definitely stay again!

I would give Jose 10 stars if possible. This is probably the nicest and cleanest Airbnb we have ever had in the DC area. Jose is a superb communicator. The water is hot, beds are super comfy, internet fast, apartment quiet and immaculately clean. Couldn't ask for more. Recommend most highly.

Anju and Steve were excellent hosts. Their place a home away from home. They accommodated all our needs and were so gracious about it. The place, a studio basement apartment, is very well done. The shower was nice and spacious unlike other studios I have rented in the past. the kitchen and living area are perfect size and well kept. The bed very comfortable. The windows are well placed so you don't feel like you are in a basement. The walkout/walk-in concept gives you proper privacy. And we never ever heard footsteps thanks to the extra padding they (seemed to have ) put to soundproof the ceiling as well as the windows. Thanks Anju and Steve for a great stay. we would love to return the next time we are in DC.
