This quiet, well fitted one bedroom BASEMENT STUDIO APARTMENT fully furnished with a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette( stove, microwave,kettle, toaster, fridge) and internet. The place allows guests to be fully independent during their stay in Hobart. The Studio IS UP to the HILL ( MountStuart). At430 meters from North Hobart restaurants strip, buses, the State Theatre cinema, Chemist, the Post Office and pubs. 20 minutes walk down Elizabeth Street brings you to the centre of the city.

Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Privately positioned at the back of our leafy garden with separate access and gated off street parking away from the main house, Studio 68 is located just a two minute walk from the North Hobart strip and a 20 minute walk to Salamanca and Hobart's waterfront. Close to cafes, restaurants and bars, this garden studio is only a 5 minute drive to the Mona ferry terminal or a 20 minute drive to Mona.
