super lokatie als je van rust houdt.zwembad was erg lekker, even wandelen naar de rivier en ook daar was het heerlijk. in het huis vindt je alles wat je nodig hebt. perfect! wij hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad. supermarkt is 15 min rijden. goed bedenken wat je nodig hebt en dan kom je de dagen prima door in dat mooie huis.

La casa di Tanja è bellissima, arredata con gusto,molto pulita e comoda... ogni stanza ha il bagno in camera,la camera con più letti ha una scala un po' stretta però è molto bella...la parte più bella è sicuramente la piscina e la sauna... Tanja è stata molto flessibile sia con il check-in e checkout e molto comunicativa quindi super consigliata per un soggiorno di relax...alla prossima

Wir waren zwei Familien mit 8 Personen (Kindern von 3 und 5 Jahren). Es gab reichlich Platz für alle. Für die Kinder gab es eine Nestschaukel, Kletterwand und Spiele für draußen und drinnen. Der Pool war warm und größer als erwartet. Es gab viele Sitzgelegenheiten in Sonne und Schatten und großen Esstisch drinnen und draußen. Einen gemauerten Grill draußen haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, die Bäder großzügig, Schrankraum reichlich. Die Mülltrennung war vorbildlich. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen befindet sich fußläufig mit einer kurzen Gehstrecke an der Straße in dem kleinen wenig touristischen Ort. Wanderungen sind in der Hochebene auch mit kleinen Kindern möglich, die bewirtschafteten Berghütten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung erfordern gute Kondition und Trittsicherheit. Gregor war sehr freundlich, zuverlässig, hilfreich und hatte umfassend Karten der Umgebung. Insgesamt hat die Unterkunft uns sehr gut gefallen und unsere Erwartung übertroffen.

Absolute Empfehlung! Gemütliche Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Man kann schöne Spaziergänge machen und mit kurzen Autofahren das Soca Tal erkunden. Der Parkplatz vor der Tür ist super für Autos. Mit einem Camper muss man eine Straße weiter parken (was aber kein Problem war). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war super und wir konnten flexibel einchecken!

Our stay was very pleasant. The location in the woods and mountains is amazing, and the jacuzzi was very nice. The host (and her family) were very friendly and helpful. The location is very remote, so be prepared for an adventurous road trip; especially if you arrive after dark.

Andrej's apartment is perfect for a family. We stayed two nights with a family of seven people. The apartment is clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The beds are comfortable and the setting in the village of Ribno is beautiful. Andrej keeps the lawn and outdoor area very clean and well-maintained. There are plenty of places to relax in his yard. It is an easy walk from Andrej's apartment to Bled, and that was a great way to see the village and countryside. Andrej himself is very personable and friendly. He gave us several helpful tips about activities to do in the area and where to eat in Bled.

We have spent a beautiful week there. Barbara was very kind, always willing to help. Very nice to our kids, they loved her. The place exceeded our expextations, both appartment and the garden were beautiful. The appartment was perfectly equipped with all we needed. We had also a private “summer house” in the garden. Walking distance to the lake, perfect starting point to several trips (Vogel cable car, Savica waterfall). Walking distance to a camp, where you can rent a kayak, canoe or take a boat trip across the lake and back.

We had a great stay! The house is really nice and spacious. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The backyard is lovely and perfect for spending time outdoors. Check-in was super easy with the self check-in system. The house is also very well equipped with everything you might need. It's in a great location—less than 10 minutes from Lake Bled, which made it really convenient for exploring the area. Communication with the host was very easy, and they were always responsive and helpful. There’s also a great pizza place nearby that we really enjoyed. Highly recommend this place!

We had amazing time at the house. It’s clean, spacious and well decorated. Indoor fireplace is a big plus especially during the winter. The place is in between Kranjska Gora and Bled. We went for hiking and skiing. There’s a river right beside the house, and on a 5 minute walk is a very nice lake that was frozen so we could ice skate on it. Amazing vacation in an amazing house. Beautiful place although not big but each rooms function well and n both Slovenian estate agents and host Marjeta were extremely responsive to resolve some our issues throughout the stay (electricity trip, snow covering the road) and all actions were promptly taken. Top notch service and we had a comfortable cozy stay ! On our last night my daughter had too much fun in the hot tub and entire family had to wait for hrs for water to be hot again but other thn that no big issue. Slovenia has been great to us 🩷

La posizione è ottima, si arriva al lago a piedi in pochi minuti. Si può arrivare a piedi anche in città in circa 30 minuti. Il punto forte dell'alloggio sono i proprietari, sempre gentili e la mattina ci hanno fatto trovare pane fresco e un dolce. La cucina è ben attrezzata con forno a microonde e piastre ad induzione. Mancava solo la chiave per poter chiudere la porta del bagno, ma abbiamo risolto con un cartello.

Wonderful stay with friends at Sisters Simenc. Laura was incredibly responsive over the app, and Tatjana and Boris were wonderful hosts. We were given cake and lemonade on arrival, and homemade jam to take away with us! One night Boris made us delicious pizzas on the terrace overlooking a meadow with horses, which we all agreed was our favourite dinner when staying in Bled. We have not been treated with such kind hospitality before and their kindness really made our trip feel special. We will be recommending Sisters Simenc to anyone thinking of visiting Bled in future. The apartment is also minutes from the lake and close to everything you might need, and only a 25 minute walk from Bled town centre.

One of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in. Stunning view of the lake and island church. Balcony was spacious enough to bring a few chairs out to have wine on. Walkable to the lake, a great dive bar, or fancy restaurant. The hosts were so sweet and helpful and very responsive. The space itself was so thoughtfully decorated.

The best views of the lake right from the terrace! We had a wonderful time here and Barbara made our time so special. She was so friendly and treated us like family. Our daughter loved playing with her twin boys, letting her play with their toys, bicycles and even bringing her sweets. The place was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and a great location. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

Het appartement is erg ruim, de bedden zijn goed en de keuken is uitgebreid uitgerust. Ondanks dat het buiten 30 graden was en er geen airco aanwezig is was de temperatuur prima en ging het slapen goed. De kerkklokken hoor je, maar wij wenden daar vrij snel aan. Met de ramen dicht viel het sowieso stuk minder op. Het appartement en met name de badkamer kan een vernieuwing gebruiken, maar grote kans dat we Cvetka weer opzoeken wanneer we richting Bled gaan. Al is het alleen al om haar gastvrijheid. Het is super fijne plek aan de goede kan van het meer.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house during Christmas! The setting by the Radovna River was like something out of a holiday postcard, with serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was warm (really, it was pre-heated right before our arrival), cozy, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We decorated the house ourselves for Christmas, and it added such a personal touch to the already lovely space. Spending time by the fireplace and enjoying the cozy atmosphere made our holiday truly special. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our Christmas meals. Slovenia Estates team (special thanks to Beverley and Helena) was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Celebrating Christmas here was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway. We’d love to return in the future!

Our stay at Villa Krivec was fabulous. Stane was friendly, responsive, and just the perfect host. We loved everything about the place. It was as described and was the perfect location to enjoy Lake Bled and the surrounding area. Such natural beauty. You are steps from everything - the Pletna boats, walking around the lake, restaraunts, etc. I highly recommend Stane's Villa Krivec if you are visiting Lake Bled.

Frančiška was a wonderful host, she met us right at the door as we pulled up and offered us some Slovenian coffee and homemade cake … it was delicious. She really went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Her and her husband are very sweet. The place was extremely clean and felt like home. Had everything you need, including an espresso machine and a pour over coffee device. The location is perfect, just outside of Bled, so you get a nice peaceful getaway from the city, while still being close enough to go in for the day. Also close to the national park by car! Can’t recommend enough. Hvala Lijepo!

We stayed here for our first time in Slovenia and it felt like such a cozy home the moment we walked in through the doors! Eva was so lovely and provided wonderful instructions every step of the way. The neighborhood was peaceful and only a half hour walk down to Lake Bled. We absolutely loved our stay and it all came down to the little things: the heated tile flooring, the wood burner, towel warmer, the delicious wine, and on and on! Would recommend staying here 5⭐️
